MrsHudson, welcome! I for one was pretty lucky and my first cycle off the pill was only 27 days. But I know there have been many on here who have had VERY long cycles after first coming off the pill, before their first AF arrived. So I don't think it's really that rare to have that happen, as your body is trying to regulate your hormones. Good luck, and I hope it starts for you soon!

Hi Mrs Hudson ! My first cycle post BCP was around 32-34 days, and i didn't ovulate that month ! Most post bcp ladies have some form of cycle irregularity, though some are also lucky enough to get pregnant straight after there is absolutely no textbook regular cycle when you hang out with TTC gals !

Welcome mrs Hudson I am not much help. Lol. My first cycle off was 42 days then a had a 30 day cycle them back to 42 for several cycles then a 32 day cycle then my body stopped having AF all together.

I just dont want to throw off my chart or the fact that I did/didn't o by putting in wrong data. Sometimes I wish I payed more attention! Lol. Maybe ill stick to cm....going to use my opk now that im done traveling. No more 3am temps, back to 5am. Hopefully ill stop being all over the place!

I've been googling about the hsg procedure and lots of ladies say they got pregnant soon after so that'd be nice it's nothing official though since its just meant to check the shape of your uterus and see if your tubes are blocked, so noone ask your dr cuz you heard you can be more fertile after was a great read though, I'm feeling good about next month but dreading this blood test today, she's going to take about half a litre!

Luckily my specialist once again has no idea what she's talking about, it was only 14 of those little test tube things (roughly 70ml), most I've ever done is 4 though so I was close to fainting the whole time! On my way to work now to try and avoid the question why I needed it

Going to see her on 14th when most of the results will be ready, some take longer than others. At the same time she'll do the HSG getting af will be very rewarding this month lol

I swear I'm never using BCP again! If we decide to have another child, I am NOT going through this again. Today is crampy on the left side of my ovary. But no other symptoms.

OMG! I'm dying right now lol. DH caught me looking at my panties when I was changing over the weekend and he was like WTF? So then I had to explain it and told him how it won't change from thick and creamy. He changed the subject pretty fast.
