Aww boo sorry about af turtle time to treat yourself I say! so it's next month you're pausing right? Or how does the timing look for you on ov vs surgery etc?

Wow Charlie, that stinks about the one tube! Will they do anything different this cycle now they know or will they just up the chlomid? I'd hope they'd be able to focus on getting you to ov from your good side?

Afm I'm not sure now, this mornings test looked about the same, maybe a little lighter started with a bit of cramps last night and now this morning, with 2 temp drops in 2 days, just waiting to see if I start spotting or not which would suck cuz then my lp hasn't changed!

Thanks, Patience! Yeah, essentially pausing next month. It's not actually a surgery at least, it's a colonoscopy that I'm having, just a screen for my Crohn's. So not a big deal but I'm due for one so I should go ahead and do it. I think I'll just NTNP this month. I don't really want to worry about trying to NOT dtd around O day, I just won't try to make sure that I do it as much as possible around then. It's not like it's working for us so far anyways, so I don't think it'll be an issue!

Oh no! I really hope you don't start spotting! Any new developments on your end since you last posted?

Nothing to report here, no spotting which is nice I'm crossing my fingers I just slept with my mouth open last night! Can't wait to get home and test again, though there shouldn't be much of a change I'd think, as long as there's still something I'll be happy

No worries! I don't expect other people to remember my schedule of things, or what I have going on! Yeah, the 4 things we need to do are the bw, his SA, the HSG and the US to check the fibroids. I'm going to kind of take it step by step I think...I'll do the bw tomorrow, and have him do the SA this cycle too. He'll be off the day of my colonoscopy to take me to that, so I think I'll just see if he can do it that same day. Then it'll probably work with my cycle to have the HSG done sometime around the 16-20th of February. I haven't decided yet when I want to do the US...

That's such great news on no spotting yet! So there's definitely something showing up on the tests then?! Yay! Can't wait to see your update when you get home and test again, be sure to let us know!

Turtle I would think it would be good to do the u/s this month so you know how things stand, if you have had any big changes in your fibroids it might be good to know asap so you can plan the surgery, it will set you back a couple of months! In wait time and timing it for right after af with a time they have, if you need a d&c etc. Then you have your hsg another month which should also show on u/s how the fibroids look after surgery (if they're uterine)

Definitely something on the test last night, and I think this morning too but I had to leave before it dried totally, the ics always get shadows on them when they're drying so I have to wait it is in the test section on BnB if you wanna check but I just wanna see this evening before posting here

It is kind of nice in a sense, but I also keep forgetting. Like this morning I was looking at FF and calculating when we needed to start the EOD this cycle.

Patience, that does all make sense! And it's the rational way to do it I think. I just know these tests aren't really going to be cheap (or even if they are, they add up) so I keep thinking I should just do one thing at a time. If there's a problem there, try to fix it...if that doesn't work, move on to the next. But the US should actually be covered by my insurance (well not fully, but more than the HSG will be), so it would make sense to tackle that problem first anyways. Sigh, I'm a mess on figuring this stuff out!

Ohhh, I just checked it out and I *think* I see something there! I'm not great with squinters and I was having a hard time telling for sure, but I think I do! FX so much for you!!! Can't wait to hear how the testing tonight goes!!!

I forget people have to pay for this stuff :/ you could just do the HSG next month cuz that'd show up your fibroids wouldn't it? It showed my uterine polyps at least would they let you do it like that?

Oh yeah, they'll let me do it however I want. She said it's really all up to us on what we do, and we can do it at our own pace. That of course the bw and HSG have to be done at certain points in your cycle, but otherwise it's up to us. I don't know as though they would show the fibroids. I think she said they would only show them if they're IN the uterus and not on the uterus, or something like that? I can't remember for sure. And I think mine are them, but I'm not for sure. I know she has it in my chart somewhere, but it wasn't her that found them the first time (it was a urologist), so she didn't know off the top of her head either.

I hate how they don't show up nearly as well on the computer as in pics, or even in pics as they do in person! I just wish I could see what you're seeing in person!

I'd say this evenings test is way worse than yesterdays that's how all my chemicals have gone, will just have to play the waiting game for tomorrows temp but it'll probably be over by tomorrow we'll see !

They changed my medication. I'm not on Fermara. Which does the same thing, I just take it at a different time and its a newer medication. So hoping it works. If it doesn't within 3 months then we move on to other options.

Charlie I hope the new meds help you out i think your body may have adjusted to the clomid dose so this new stuff should do the trick!

No answers for me this morning, test still worse than Monday evenings nothing on frer, but my temp went up and I've not even got tinted cm so the best case scenario is I get a longer lp I think, I can't take another chemical so I'm trying to put it out of my mind for now, need to survive the week at work without breaking down!

Charmed how's it looking for you? Any idea what's going on? Is it time to check with the Dr perhaps x
