I don't know Turtle, it's not heavier than yesterday but still here for sure. Some brown blood mixed with a lot of mucus gets to my undies, but not too much, but when I use the toilet I wipe and it's a lot bright red, mixed in with ewcm like mucus. I don't understand really.

Thanks Turtle, I'm alright kinda used to it now af was so feeble it's an insult to call it af, stupid thin lining i don't know what to try to make it thicker, I've tried a lot but obviously not with the progesterone. Just having a really bad time at work lately and it's making everything else that much harder

Charmed your cycle is a big pain I'm the bus this time! May r you could look into a herbal tea to try and help you ov? When I was O'ing late I drank Fertility, I don't know if it was the reason but my ov regulated (most of the time!) I think if you Google vitex tea you get the right name, chastberry something ish!

Hi ladies. I got my blood work back today, everything looks good except my FSH level; it's high, which isn't good. Not super high, but high. Indicative of decreased ovarian function. I'm going in tomorrow to have my AMH levels tested as well. It's looking like we probably won't be being pregnant without some sort of assistance, if even then (that's me being a Debbie Downer but I can't help it). I'm pretty upset today.

But haven't you stoped the pill only 8 months ago? Look at all crazy my hormones still are after 6 months, maybe your FSH levels aren't done stabilizing themselves?

Thanks, ladies. Danna unfortunately that doesn't seem to be the case for FSH levels I don't think. From everything I can find, high levels indicate a diminished ovarian reserve. And nothing can make me produce more eggs. I know you only need one, but I guess when the numbers get low it's harder to find good ones for your body to release or something like that. The AMH levels I'm having tested today should tell us more, including quality of eggs (I think). I've been told this number is more important in a lot of ways than FSH levels, so I'm really hoping for good numbers there. My age (33) I'm sure doesn't help either when combined with this. Everything I'm reading seems to point to IVF but I'm really hoping there's other options available, especially if my AMH levels are okay. I'm hoping my Dr has some good options for me! I know it can still happen naturally with high FSH levels but it seems to be more the "miracle" case rather than the norm. I don't mind taking meds or even IUI...I just don't know how feasible IVF would be for us.

turtle! knowledge is power though, while it sucks to find something wrong at least you can find options better suited to working around any issues! I'm sure that's little consolation right now, but I hope that this means you can finally be on your journey to your bfp with some assistance if that is what it takes!!! Hoping your AMH numbers are superb today!!!!!!!

There are some things you can try for egg quality, like royal jelly if you don't yet put on something like people use for IUI to force your body to mature some eggs for you they'll soon figure out the best option, I bet there's stuff to chose from before ivf is considered We're here for you!

Sometimes it's the little things that make you happy, I found red raspberry leaf tea which i'll be trying this month up to ov, supposed to tone the uterus plus the gut wrenchingly disgusting pomegranate juice to see if it helps my lining (harhar) plus I became a member at this health shop and i'll be getting discounts from them every little helps !

Oh Turtle big, big hugs. I really hope that your AMH levels come back with something positive for you! No matter what I hope you can be given a plan of action that works for you.

Patience I did the Red Raspberry leaf! I actually added royal jelly to it to sweeten it as well. Every little bit does help though.

I'm checking up on you ladies daily, too. I'm really wishing and hoping that you all get to share good news soon.

Oooh it can't have been pure royal jelly, I really have tried it all that stuff tastes like earwax ! Having drank fertilitea which looks similar to the RRLT, any tea can be made drinkable by honey

I have a crazy list of things i'm trying this month, I don't think my lining was really that bad this month since i'm still bleeding but I thought it'd be slow because of the progesterone, if it's not my lining and not the LP that's causing the chemicals then I just don't know what so one more month trying then i'll call the Dr and cry !

No, it was a mix of honey and royal jelly. I tell ya I've never had a honey where I had to scoop it out of the jar! I agree though honey makes any tea taste good!

I really hope what you're trying works! By the time I got my BFP I was doing the red raspberry tea, the honey/royal jelly, vitamin B complex after O, as well as taking my usual CoQ10 and NAC (N Acetyl-Cysteine) which I learned helped conception later on. Gosh I just hope something out there works for you!

Well hey, that's reassuring i'll keep trying ! I'm going back on the baby aspirin, I think my focus should be on uterine health and what can help implantation rather than lining, though that's an issue it might not be the defining thing, it's always at implantation it fails me

I'm sure you all have already tried it but I swear Preseed is what helped us.

So sorry if totally dumb but there is any medication that helps thicken the uterine wall or do you have to just try herbal/homeopathic remedies?
