Definitely confused! I had more ewcm than I've ever had when I took the test, I'm not even in my fertile bit yet and I never have it without taking EPO for it, two friends have almost convinced me that it might be ok because negatives can happen still... Not entirely sure but as long as I'm feeling sick I guess I can hold out a sad hope my body doesn't know what it's doing! I guess until I start spotting I'll hold a glimmer of positivity and keep up my progesterone cream!

I don't even know if you will have another bleed if you ARE miscarrying/chemical, because you have already had one - but very confused about the EWCM.

Can you get a beta hcg done at a dr over here or when you get home?

I honestly couldn't guess what's happening atm, it could be a fluke low hgc result or a mc, or am I fertile atm? What the hell body

Can't get in anywhere here since its bank holiday tomorrow then I'm off home Tuesday i can call the midwife to try to see them asap when I get back

One friend for positive pregnancy tests even though she was having a mc, another didn't get pos till week 5 with both her kids, and I got a + after a period when I had a - before af so I can't trust anything right now just the midwife, sigh!

I'm too scared to test today, I read a few stories of people going from + to - to + again so I'll test tomorrow but call the midwife today, I have 3 digi but only 1 frer so I don't want to see "not pregnant" when getting a squinter on frer again, if that makes sense

I've kinda gone into denial mode, the whole situation is so messed up that I'm just going to be careful and hope for the best

How's you doing? I saw your temp was going down after stopping the progesterone, hope you're not worrying yourself too much but go shout at the Dr!

Just a thought, perhaps your situation could have been caused by stopping the progesterone just at the wrong time?

Omg, I had such a stressful day yesterday, kept chekcing my pants for spotting! Not sure what I could have done as it id sunday bank holiday!

Thankfully it has gone back up today. This sounds stupid but I get the low temps when I wake up and have my arms out from under the duvet! This morning I woke up, curled up under the duvet for 10 minutes, then did my temp, and hey presto it was back up to my 'normal' pregnancy temp than I seem yo be getting a lot.

I think people are right when they say you should stop doing your bbt after bfp, because it sure is a lot of added stress.

Im going to go to the doctor tomorrow and ask for one more blood test, for beta progesterone. I know they think im wasting their time but it wpuld really help me to see good numbers off the tablets. Then I will stop doing my bbt, as long as they are good numbers! Doctors don't seem to pay any notice to progesterone over here.... they didn't even know thay suppositories existed!

It's pretty much the same thing in Sweden, they don't think short lp/low progesterone affects ttc/pregnancy :/

Temps can be a bitch, I'm ignoring mine brevets I'm living in a 1 hour time difference in different sleep warmth circumstances, everything can change it but yeah, once the Dr confirms all is good I think It's great timing to put everything away and enjoy

I wish so much I'd never tested yesterday so I know what you mean!

I've tried to find logic to the situation, evap/neg right before af, stopped the cream cd3 then cd9 bfp, jump back on the cream and keep lathering it on now I wish I could explain it but I've no idea sat in the car with family so can't call the midwife, I think gravid is old fashioned or at least understandable as pregnant will try calling them soon, they close in 45 mins I hope we pull in soon!

What do you think? It seems unlikely to get a chemical/mc with bfn before af and bfp after whilst taking progesterone I can't even speculate any more, I just hope I'm still pregnant

Well even though your temps are unreliable, they are still above the coverline... which is a good sign.

Are you sure the 'evap' before af was actually an evap and not a faint bfp? Did it have any colour to it at all?

There are so many things it could be....

A) the best scenario is that you are pregnant and for some reason you had a faulty digital test. Did you use fmu? I would be worried about the weak line on the frer - although perhaps it was a very late implantation? The progesterone cream can't affect the pregnancy test result (I asked the doctor) as the test purely measures hcg.

B) you had a chemical

C) you had an early miscarriage (possibly at this early on still referred to as a chemical? ) the confusingthing is, is that you were still getting the bfp on a digital after you bled..... and the bleeding was lighter than normal?

Hopefully the midwife can shed some light, if you manage to speak to her!

Last cycle I started "combination pills" few days to Ov and stopped few days after Ov (bad practice I know )
Now I expected my period to come last saturday but I started spotting brown blood on tuesday, I thought it was d beginning of my flow but I was wrong, d brown blood went on, it was more of spotting than flow...gradually it developed a nasty smell to it like very old blood. Till now am yet to see my normal period...I had breast tenderness for sm days but its almost gone now. Only other symptoms I notice now is fatigue, hunger pangs, nausea (especially after drinkn water), sleepiness, sore belly and occasional twinges.
Have done urine test twice and it was negative.
What could be wrong with me! Could this just be an effect of d pill?

Yeah the line may have been a very very faint bfp, but I took the pic hours later so can't trust it, looked pretty blank to me at the time

The weird bit is getting maybe a faint +, then bleeding, then getting definite +, then -! I figure if I'm not bleeding I'm not worrying, I might just have had some hormone lump after the chemical, I could go on for days going back and forth I want to test tomorrow but I'm so scared of seeing another bfn, even a faint one would be welcome wonder how my ov will be this month if I'm not pg!

You probably started bleeding/spotting from stopping the pill (estrogen withdrawal induced) but you won't have a "real" period now until you ovulate so that progesterone can build up and induce a progesterone withdrawal period.

Just wait and see what happens....

cancerlib-welcome! And I agree with what w2bm said above. Sounds like a withdrawal bleed. Wait another week or so, if no af, test again to be sure, but your cycle can get really messed up from bc sometimes. Best of luck to you!

3 bfn days in a row, I'm rather hoping it was a chemical that got confused and went + after the bleeding than a mc but either way I guess I need to figure out when my next ov will be can't reach my cervix still but otherwise not getting any fertile signals

Tummy still feels strange though home to receive masses of cuddle from my hubby tonight and go break the news to the silly midwife who booked me in for a 6 week checkup at 8 weeks!

Sorry about the temp drop Twinkie it's not fair! The 2ww is just a long torture I wish there was a way to blank it out or get through it easier!

The midwife cancelled my appointment i have to call the gynecologist today but it looks like im ovulating now only 9 days earlier than usual! One good thing to come out of this I guess (except we may have only gotten in 1 shot at bd cuz i was away!)

Hi there. Not sure if you are still wanting details from original post?

If so, I was on femodene for 22 years! When I stopped in Jan my cycles became 24-28 days long and I ovulated days 11-14 from what I can tell. Just got my bfp a few days ago on cycle 4.

I did wonder if I could get pregnant after soooo long on the pill, but everything worked out good, fingers crossed. Hope those still waiting get theirs real soon xx

Oh, forgot to add that my periods were only 2-3 days long since stopping bcp. This worried me after someone said my lining wasn't thick enough, but I since learnt that is not necessarily true. Case in point.

I wondered about the short periods as well. Mine have been super short since coming off the pill. more days of spotting than actual flow.
