The easiest way is to have fertility friend do it for you.

Yes fertility friend will automatically display a coverline after 3 consecutive rises after ovulation have been recorded on your chart.

Hiya everyone ...just popping on for a for bit of advice as most of you seem to have a gd idea about temps and as this is my 1st month temping i dint have a clue...i no someone metioned not to look into temp tillthe cycles complete but as this is my first time temping ive got a few questions here are my temps-
cd 3 36.3
Cd4 36.0
cd5 36.3
cd6 36.1
Cd7 36.3 cm wet
today 35.6 cm wet poss ew but could be sperm(how do you tell??)
Negative opks...
bearing in mind my previous cycles have been 56 and 60 days since coming off the pill!! Grr

So my question are is is 35.6 really low and is it a sign of anything and today debatable cm was whilst i was at work i felt something dripping (sorry tmi!!) went to check my cm nternally and was could have been ewcm or sperm was there clear in parts and very h strechy?checked just now and seems to just be wet now??? surely i dont ovulate this early with have long cycles or have my cycles gone back to NORMAL monthly cycles?!?!? Or am i reading too much into things

Hmmm... seems really early to ovulate to me... although I suppose it's possible.
Your post-o temps are going to be higher than pre-o... and you can have like 5 days of fertile cm before you actually o... usually only one day of fertile cm after... I think...

Anyway, I would keep temping and keep recording cm and wait for a pattern to emerge over a few cycles. if you've just come off the pill, it could take awhile for things to regulate.

Been off the pill since oct so its been a while... hopefully temping will help if i dont get a bfp this cycle! Xx thanks for replying

Hmmm so you've only had two cycles since coming off the pill in Oct, and they were 56 and 60 days? Have you been using opk's the whole time and did you get +ve ones? It's possible to bleed and not ovulate...

Only started using them properly this month as thought the first long cye was a one off but obviously want...only signs of ovulation ive had is twinges around that area... and last month some possibly ewcm but very watery and creamy alot of the time.... Hummm

Idk where you are or what your dr would say, but we had been trying for eight months and the dr ordered a thyroid test and a progesterone test to see if I was ovulating. Simple blood tests. Might be worth looking into.
Of course, they always say, the average couple takes a year to conceive... so...
