great lists, I'm doing the same budget wise, ds4 will only be 14 months so has a much smaller budget than the others.

Thanks everyone, hubby and I are so excited! We went to the disney store today and saw a MASSIVE cabbie from Planes 2, so we bought it and I'm sending back the smaller one, DS1 will be so excited to have such a huge box lol. Also, they have small cuddly toy versions of the toy story characters suitable for babies only £7 each, so we got DS2 woody, buzz and Jessie so they can play together with them I need to get wrapping so my mum can take the presents back with her when she visits in November as we will be spending Christmas with them and won't have room to bring them all back with our stuff and everything else at Christmas!
