Im down at my sisters cuz it was 1 nieces bday yesterday and another 2moro,so we're having a party 4 them 2day. We just made buns last nite then I watched the girls so my sis and bf cud go to a party,been up since 6.30 watchin disney channel lol.

DH and I are sitting here booking flights so we can see each other when he is away - can't believe it's come round so fast that he's starting his new job tomorrow!

I went to a la leche league meet in Carrick where I met approx 10 ladies all breastfeeding past a year, 2 tandem feeders, probably all babywearers and from what I gathered all baby-led-weaners and I seemed to be the only person who didn't co-sleep...it was pretty insane.
The oldest child still BFing was over 3 but there was a handful younger toddlers, so they exsist. So weird seeing so many at once though!

Woo. I know theres a meeting near here but I went and no one else did. Carrick is miles from me. I didnt even know there was LLL meets here.

Only this group, and it's only in Carrick for the toddler meets. Total two train journeys and about an hours walk for me but very interesting. I know you're down in warrenpoint way, I'm down in Newry a fair bit cause FOBs parents are there.

I was really hoping to find out more about tandem feeding but it seemed like a very specialised subject - no one was currently doing it but two women had, and not for very long. Very unusually there was a girl younger than me there but didn't get talking to her, shall go again at some point.
