sorry to just jump in but im hoping i can get some positive advice I found out i was pregnant 9dpo faint line but by 12dpo it was strong dark test all the way up to 14 dpo,now at 18-19dpo my test are lighter still positive but much lighter then before and i am scared to death of a miscary, i have had cramps but not really severe and no bleeding, Im freaking out and even cried myself to sleep over it, Is everything likley to be okay? i will make an appt on monday but i need some peace of mind now before i lose it... tuesday at 14dpo i even went to the dr and they did a urine test to confirm and everything was fine, they are all the same brand of test ....i did fmu and its still lighter then before and i have even limited my water intake so my urine wasnt diluted.....

I wish I had some comforting advice for you. From what I know about tests the intensity of the test doesn't matter but with that being said usually the increasing hcg causes gradually darker lines. I hope everything works out for you hun! Sending lots of sticky dust!

a faint test can just mean u got a batch of test that has less dye in it i say get ur mind off the tests and stop peeing on the stick if u have a real urge to poas then buy a digi that way u can't make urself worry about the darkness of the line because no matter how dark or faint the line is it ain't going to affect the baby but worrying urself sick over it can cause undue stress just relax and enjoy the ride you r going to be a mommy congrats

I tested again with a $1 test from the dollar general. I got another faint line. trying not to think to much into it until it gets darker and darker but it's there!

It could very well be that everything is fine. There's a great thread on here about the hook effect. Basically, the hook effect is where your hcg levels get so high that the pregnancy test can't read it properly so it looks lighter. https://www.babyandbump.com/pregnancy-tests/736815-hook-effect-pics-added.html

Omg...im trying really hard to stay calm ... hubby came home from with early and I dont want him to see me freaking out, especially if its nothing. Anyway, just took this and got a faint but pink line...came up right away. anyone see it to or am I going bonkers?

AF not only showed, but showed 5 days early.

TTC is SO emotionally draining.

Cycle 19 was a bust. Don't think I can muster cycle #20.

I'm so sorry Hun!! You might want to go to the dr and ask to be tested because getting all those faint lines is really strange.

I will see the fertility specialist at the beginning of the year when I go in for my IUI.

You are more patient than me because I went in before we where trying for a yr. at 11 months. Lol. I'm gonna stop believing your test until a dr tells you your pregnant lol.

I am getting IUI to but I still am seeing the fertility specialist before hand to see what else we can do before we do the IUI b/c I have to pay around $600 out of pocket for the IUI and I won't have the money until our Tax Return in February. Wishing you the best of luck and so sorry Amber that is terrible.

We live in a smaller town so we really have to pick our timing just right to go to the fertility specialist. We are about 1 1/2 hours away. Not to mention getting a sitter for the girls and working around hubbies work schedule AND making sure we we the right days according to my cycle...seems like a lot of work. Not even sure it's going to happen because of all the variables.

IUI at the clinic we are going to will be $500. Not pocket change but I guess it beats paying over 10 grand for IVF. lol

afm currently cd26 headache and sickness since thursday although sickness stopped
still nausea and headaches got dr tomorrow so hopefully will get some answers grrr

Ok so here is whats been happening for me over last week or so

cd21 headache, vomitting
cd22 headache, vomitting, temp dip to 96.63f
cd23 headache, vomitting, temp 35.1c but feeling flushed
cd24 headache, nausea, tired
cd25 headache, nausea
cd26 headache, nausea, feeling flushed cramps on my right side eughhhhhhh
body i wish u would make up ur mind what u doing

i have appt with dr tomorrow as even though vomitting stopped still feeling sick and still have a headache received another appt from fs and guess what ???????? Yes you guessed it they have changed my appt again

Hey ladies,

Not a good update from me. I went into a hospital yesterday after another bleed over the weekend, My BP was 200. I had alot of blood taken and a cannular in my arm i spent the day in A&E and they couldnt do anything for the baby. I now have another angel. I don't know how i can carry on with life at the moment.

I don't know what else i can say.
