Well I didn't get to actually meet with my caseworker today as she had an emergancy...however she did leave me a bunch of paperwork to fill out...I'm still very excited...

Ah, the fireplace.... my biggest nightmare, is this horrible stone fireplace that my oh has that takes all the wall and belongs to the 70s and my oh wont let me get rid of...

I feel your pain sus, we have TWO 1970s stone fireplaces (not to mention the pub carpets and bizarre patterned wallpaper) and I can't wait to get rid of the feckers and have a wood burning stove. Only been here 15 months and still no house improvements .

Keeks, Northstar, I have tried lots of "accidents" to change it but he repairs it In fact we changed all the room with new carpet (yes we got rid of our pub carpets) and new modern furniture and that horrible fireplace is still t here
