The wtt weightloss buddies group!

I knew my scales were gonna give me bad news this morning. I've pub on .4 of a lb so thats taking me to 151lb. Which I am surprised at because I was good yesterday and I did work out :(

Anyway, you can put me down as 26lb down and 25lb to go :)

....I feel quite disappointed now.

Well ladies apparently that 2lbs that has been on and off all week is back on????:dohh:
NO IDEA why??:shrug:
I din't drink much water yesterday is all i can think, and dinner has been very late in the evening, as Lo has been up late...:nope:

I think i'm going to swap dinner and lunch round..is that weird? i can't think of any other reason..:shrug:

Anyhow, hope the rest of you fare better than me!:thumbup:
 
If you're eating late at night that affects your weigh in because its still weighing your stomach down. I've noticed this over the months.

Also, not drinking enough fluids makes you retain water. So the more water you drink the less you are to retain :)
 
Morning Ladies

Don't give up hope i'm sure we will all have weeks when we gain a few pounds or don't lose

When I went to the weight watchers classes I found the weeks I had been exercising I don't lose or sometimes gained the woman running the class told me not to worry as it was mostly likely because I was building muscle & it weighs more than fat

I have lost 2lbs from Monday as that was my original weigh in day so i've 8lbs lost 17lbs to go

Sorry if i'm quiet today or over the weekend need to get stuck in to my house work for OH coming home for the weekend :D I hope he doesn't encourage me to be bad

Roc and twilight sorry to hear you're in the same boat as me i've weighed in this morning at 10st 3lb so i'll need to update to only 4lb lost so far :(

It has given me a bit of a kick though. I have eaten a bit better today.
So far:
10.30 Breakfast (didn't have til then as didn't get up in time to have before work!) 2 weetabix with a little low fat milk to soften, 1 strawberry mullerlight yoghurt

1.00 Lunch Small bowl of potato and bacon soup with 2 slices of mccambridge wholewheat bread dry and 2 chocolate covered rice cakes.

Fingers crossed I can keep it up!!

I swapped my dinner to lunch today, my Dh was very surprised to be given his dinner when he came home for lunch today!:haha:

Hopefully it'll help to ot eat so much so late..fx'd!
 
I always find i feel better if i have dinner at lunch and lunch at dinner too. Unfortunately with soup being pretty much the only thing I'll eat in the canteen in work it's never really an option :( I've had yummy spicy bolognese for dinner but was very bold and ate i'd say about 50g of cheese while I was cooking because I was starving and couldn't wait! Feeling weighed down now but happy that I ate better today than I have in weeks, possibly even months!
 
Aw i'm so upset this morning. My scales have gone up by .4 of a lb :brat: my day wasn't even that bad yesterday, I did have sausage and chips for lunch but it was a small portion and I made a point of reducing my calories the rest of the day too so to not go over budget. AND I worked out last night even though I couldn't be bothered AND I resisted the temptation and strong urge of cooking the pizza in the freezer. So i'm pretty gutted all that effort was for nothing! :(

That's OH away back to work overseas for another 3 weeks

I have been so bad from last night drinking & eating crisps & chocolate but going to get back on track from tomorrow

Sorry i missed the weigh in girls, was at hospital wi my LO on friday. So i weighed my self this morning, and put on 1lb :( i have been eating rubbish all weekend and hardly any exercise! This week will be much better tho! Fingers crossed!

I was being so good up til yesterday..a whole 2 days of being good lol :)
Sat night we went for dinner with OH's family for a relatives birthday then sunday morning I was tired and had 2 sausages and a fried egg for brekkie in work as I kinda forgot myself! :blush: Then when I got home from work we had to go do grocery shopping and I was too tired to cook so we went to McDonalds :blush: I was good though and had a wrap instead of a big dirty burger, we'll just ignore the large fries and coke :haha:

Back to business today! Determined for the scales to show a difference this week!!!
 
Lil angel I hope your LO is ok ,1lb is nothing hun I put 2lb on from Saturday night ,back to being good from this morning,good luck for this week xXx

Oops, I've been slacking and missed weigh-in day. I'll post my loss on Monday, along with everyone else. I have also been slacking in the healthy eating department, as well, unfortunately. I was at the cottage for 4 days, and tended to snack on everything, including chips and candy (I'm a sucker for sweets).

I plan to get back on track NOW! I went for a run (short, but so hot and humid outside) last night, and today I am beginning to count my calories again and drinking lots of water. No more candy, fast food, or pop here!

Puppy - I was supposed to be back on track from yesterday but I went out with my friends last night & drank a lot then ate a lot to soak it all up deffo back on track from tomorrow for me too, it is nice to have a wee break from it all sometimes but then I feel bad about what i have put back on :dohh:

Don't weigh yourself the morning after, everything will still be in your system and you'll be bloated and stuff :) i'm very jealous you've had a chinese!

I'm skipping my weigh in tomorrow because tonight i'm going to pizza hut and seeing harry potter :happydance: and i'll be bloated and stuff, i'll not weigh in to save myself a heart attack :haha: i'll assess the damage on Saturday morning. Rachel dear, will you please change my stats to 28lb lost and 23 to go :D

Also i'm heading over to Ireland on sat for my Lo's first birthday, so won't be around for a few days, i'll change anything that needs changing when i get back!
