Nah, just a bit down about being unable to breastfeed and feeling judged about it.

I did that with cupcakes.... I ate 12 cupcakes, all whilst they were still warm from the oven. Yum

I couldn't manage to eat them all in one sitting =( Over the course of the day I did almost eat them all though, with the help of Kili!

My sudden craving for brownies was so extreme I had to go on yahoo answers to ask how to convert the recipe measurements because trying to do any math I kept coming up with 1+1=chocolate!

I know. I'd been feeling fine about it lately, the whole shebang (dunno if you read my birth story). I think its coz Ive got my debrief coming up at the hospital and the lack of BF support is a major complaint of mine. x

DH, coming to bed at 3am is just stupid, we have to get up early today for the big day. In fact, it's not only stupid, it's selfish and I will have no sympathy for you when I start waking you at 8am... (I say START waking cos it takes on average 1.5hours to actually get him to get up! Maybe I should start at 7.30am.....)

Oh yeah, and remember when we were walking round costco yesterday and you were saying you were worried cos of how tired you were? Here's an idea dickhead... Go to bed earlier!!!! I can't go to sleep til j does, but you can come into bed when I do the last feeds (usually about 10 or 11 so not supe early) and go to sleep then, then when she gets up at 5.30, 6 or 7, you've had a good nights sleep! Idiot. This whole "but I'm a night owl malarky doesn't wash with me- you sleep when you have to, and when you have a little baby, that's whenever you can! I'm so so sick of people saying to me "you look great!" then turning to you, and cos you look like shit, with dark circles and bags under your eyes "oh thats a shame, does j keep you up at night?!". You dont do anything at night with her! Haven't done since about 4weeks old!

Thanks for leaving work early yesterday when I asked you to. I was in so much pain that I was struggling to pick up LO...or stop her eating wires (really really need to baby proof a little better!). However it would have been even nicer if you didnt sit and watch the football and go out for cigs at every opportunity. Although when I mentioned this you did come and help so I'll let you off.

However. I know you wanted a lie in today (and your getting one) but considering I am 18 weeks pregnant, loaded with the cold in in complete agony were painkillers are not helping, it might have been nice for you to offer to let me sleep in this morning. You know I very rarely do sleep late when LO is here but it would have been a nice gesture to make to me. You will be working the next 3 days so will sleep till about 10am whilst I am up early every day so even though ur working (i'm on holiday) I'm still getting up!

You have actually let me down a little. We went through loads together and were good friends. I always knew you had a best friend but we all got on so it wasnt an issue. It wasnt even that big of a deal when your best friend became pregnant 3 mths after me. It turned into a bigger deal when she had her LO and I have been swept completely to the side. I need a friend as well. My best friend has moved to Bournemouth so although we talk every day, I cant just pop round anymore or call for a night out. My other best friend is super busy with working and she travels a bit with work so I see her maybe once a fortnight/month if I'm lucky and my other closest friend works with me but on opposite shifts so we are like ships in the night. I could really do with having someone to go out with that I feel comfortable with, or even just you calling me or popping down to see me. Liking a couple of my comments on fb is nice but I miss you. I probably should say this out loud actually because I have probably been just as bad at neglecting her, it's just she has a super close best friend to fall back on so wont be missing my company as much!

You agreed to watch LO every 2nd week, Mon, Tues and Wed. You have done this one week so far and on Friday decided to tell OH that you wouldnt be able to watch her as you are going out Sunday night?!? You pick her up at 1pm so it's not as though you are watching her very early in the morning and it's for 4 hours! I completely understand that you have a life, LO isnt your responsibility but this is something you agreed to do! You didnt know that I was on holiday for 2 weeks (luckily) as otherwise OH was working as was I so we would have been a little stuck! PLease stick to your agreement or I will just not bother with at and have her in with the CM these days as well as we already pay for them anyway but you wanted to spend time with her which is why we agreed to it!

Stop finding fault with everything my CM does. You 'raised the alarm' on a few things, caused me to speak with CM (luckily done diplomatically so no hard feelings) to find out that half of the things werent even correct! Then when I tell you you say 'oh maybe I picked her up wrong, I dont think I did but it's possible' I am going to stop you collecting LO from CM as obviously you are not happy with her being there but as we have no choice, and I like her, then to stop negative feeling you can just not have contact with her!

Oh the joy of cats! I had a cat that was quite the hunter, always bringing the heads of his kill to the doorstep and looking very proud of himself! We sure saved on cat food, but spent a lot on all his vaccinations!
