Back ache...please just go away! Please!! If I'm going into labour can I have a clearer sign please!!
 
I'm hoping mine does. I'm not in the slightest bit ready but I really don't care anymore. I'm in so much pain :cry:

DW - I love you so much, more than I could ever tell you. I miss you everyday at work and wish I was home with you and Noah. Thank you for letting me be a stay at home dad when you go back to work in 3 months, I have a calendar counting down the days. And I know the next 3 months will be hard for both of us, but I will sell everything I have and get it a second job if it makes things easier. And yes I will stop smoking (but I have not told you that yet)

LO - I love you as much as I love mummy, please don't cry when I put you down tonight it is the one time of the day mummy gets to have a bath and we have some alone time. I like being the one to get you to sleep. Also please have a big smile waiting for me when I get home tonight as I have missed you both so much (if I say this I will sound like a wimp when I get home).

Sink+Taps - Please dont break again, I think I fixed you but if you break again it will have to be a plumber and I am not sure if I can afford that.
 
To my big sisters: S1. It's really hurtful that you live a ten minute drive away and have not yet seen my LO yet you post a status every other day about trips into Manchester/The Trafford Centre which you practically have to drive past my apartment to get to! And while I'm having a rant I think it's disgusting that you smoke drugs and drink with your children even if you are otherwise a good mother.

S2. I get that you had two abortions and might have been upset by my pregnancy but when you ignore all my efforts to get in contact until a week before LO is born and then suddenly get in touch like nothing happened don't just expect me to be okay with you. And then when I AM okay with you and didn't say anything don't keep saying you'll come and stay and visit LO when I know it's empty promises. You could make more of an effort seeing as I'm the only one in the family who still bothers with you.
 
R.I.P to your relationship for the next few weeks/months. I'm sorry for your loss :p

- staying too bloody long when they visit
- stop pulling out ur fones and taking pictures of my baby unless you bloody ask
- when my baby is sleeping and you visit i will not be waking him for you to hold him

Put your foot down hun (or make your OH). I know it's hard but you don't get the first few weeks back.
 
Dear visitors,

2 months on and you are still driving me bonkers, we are still only getting about 2 visitor free days a week if we are lucky :growlmad: I am sick of trying to plan BF around you especially when you call in unannounced (despite repeated requests for a phone call first), at meal times or show up late so I am giving up on this! Leave us in peace!!!

Lol... if they come by unannounced, just tell them its a bad time, that maybe tomorrow but 'call first'...and shut the door on them. Repeat the process until they learn to call each time.
Though of course you know they will call and ring the phone at the very moment you finally get the baby down for a nap and wake the baby up... so that sucks too ;)
And BFing should not be adjusted for their visits... take the baby into another room to feed, they can sit there and have no baby to look at and learn their lesson :)

What we do is notify family of a possible good window of time to come over, then call them when we know exactly when it will be best... right after a nap and a feed the baby is happiest anyway, best time to come and cuddle/play. They enjoy their visits more and our schedule stays good.

Thanks lisaf, yes I am defo stopping this!! If poss I try to give her a feed before visitors come usually but I wrote this while BIL and his GF where sitting in the other room, they were late and LO got hungry so I had to feed her. By the time she was done they had gone so they didn't see me or LO at all!!

And me! If people don't like it, they can go sit in the kitchen or on the stairs. My house, my baby and I'll feed where I like ! :thumbup:

Ha! I bf in Scott's grandmother's house and they tried to get me to go into a bedroom and I said...nope. :muaha:
