Ladies, my MIL is in the UK, in Harpenden. And she has asked what I want for christmas. I have told her instead of gettting me something to make a donation for a toy drive for needy children. Any suggestions?

Do you have a charity run down by where you live?
My husband and a few thousand other bikers gather tomorrow to collect toys for children in care/hospitals and needy homes in our area, they ride around a set rout for an hour and collect the toys, there is a massive turn out and everyone loves it and most dress up.

Yes, but I am in the US. I give to the Salvation Army every year, but don't know what is there in the UK for her to give.

They have donation trolleys in supermarkets but i don't really like putting in them. I much prefer to do the shoe box appeal https://www.operationchristmaschild.org.uk/
