is this page still open for newcomers?? been ttc for around 2 years now with no joy so ive got my pre-seed in the post! hoping its here before this weds as ov due that day (according to my iphone! lol) i will be testing on 29th, theres no doubt about it ill be testing before that date (lucky i also ordered 50 hpt's) praying for BFP's to us all

Can i second this, been hearing such great things about pre-seed so ordered some on sunday after AF showed up. After 14 months of TTC have just found out i might have low progesterone, but thought while i'm waiting for definate results, what they hey! i'll give pre-seed a go. Fingers crossed x

We are doing our first month of SMEP and using Preseed too. (4th month TTC). Waiting for my +opk . XF for all of us

Im out Started a light flow today....its all brown, but its definitely the witch. FML. So pissed right now.

Really?? But your temp is still elevated...??
I don't meant o keep your hopes up, but this could be breakthrough spotting (so long as stays brown and not turn in to your proper period)... if so this is really common in the first month after conception.
Hang on in there hun

And if worse scenario it is the old witch... then think positive for next month, and the extra month of vitamins you can take for a healthy bub xx

Thanks Emily! I am just beyond heartwrenched and CRUSHED. I shouldnt have gotten my hopes up, but deep inside, I really thought I had my bases covered. I mean, I leave for Italy in 2 freaking days on vacation and I am crying in my office! GEEZ! I shouldnt be throwing myself a pity party - I guess I just needed to vent...Expect the worst, and hope for the best, right? Thats all we can do I guess. How are you doing today?

Ah big hugs hun, that is so disappointing as I was sure it was going to be good news for you. Its horrible when it happens at work, as you feel so down, but have to keep it to yourself! But that is what we are all here for!

But seriously keep an eye on the brown stuff as breakthrough bleeding sometimes throws you a bit, only to sometimes be a positive symptom.

Was it your first month using pre-seed? My first month using preseed failed too ( real downer when you put so much faith in to something) BUT I allowed myself one day of feeling down and then I vowed to be positive and pick myself up and move on to the next month. Before you know it, af has gone and you feel positive about the new month. Plenty of people don't have success first time with preseed, but then continue to get their BFP the month after or so.

Focus on your holiday- its probably exactly what you need! Is your OH going too? If you are away long enough- maybe you could conceive in Italy... ahhh!

Hey Em!

Ahhh, yes DH is coming with me and we are actually going for our 1 year anniversary We will be away for about 10 days. I cannot wait, but at the same time, still down. I usually have a 27/28 day cycle, so who knows....I usually spot 2 days before AF and this definitely seems like it. I have a pantyliner in and its not heavy or staining the pantyliner at all (sorry, tmi) its just when I wipe at this point....but thats how it always is before AF. I appreciate the gusto though!
Its my 1st month using Preseed! You? It looks like you are getting ready to O, WOOHOOOO!!!!!

If you were towards the end of your cycle I may have thought ok....
But I see you are only 10dpo- I dream of spotting around this time!! seriously!
Google Implantation bleed, or type in the search for some posts on here! It is exactly as you say (brown/pink discharge when wiping).

I think you should take some tests with you

jchic ~ hang in there. I agreee it might just be implantation bleed. here's hoping. I had a few wipes of spotting 7dpo and no more since then. I'm 9dpo today, no more spotting but a BFN and i feel really down also...losing hope. I'm in the same boat as you...been ttc since august also. Have a wonderful time in Italy..so jealous.

thanks mamma! I dont think it is though, its brown and creamy and its not on my pantyliner, but its definitely there where I wipe. I also have AF cramps. We shall see though. Dont worry! It may be WAY too early for you to test. wait a few days then try I am sure its your BFP

I did a weird thing this morning I only have ONE pregnancy test and saving that for the 14th so this morning so I decided to use a OPK test (oh the urges to POAS) and got a smiley face?! I'm so confused now. Do you think I could be ovulating now and the test was wrong when it showed I O'd on CD13?!

If you were Oing super late, then you won't expect AF for another 2 weeks. Have you had a 6 week cycle before? And it would mean that you likely O'd twice in one cycle if you've already had a positive.

..... not knowing much about digital opks, I'm inclined to think it may not be a bad idea to test with an hpt. People have had a positive opk indicate pregnancy... but I've seen where it didn't mean anything either.

Yeah, my cycles have been kind of whacky but that +OPK seemed so sure on CD13... I felt like I was Ovulating. Now I'm wondering if I should BD and use pre-seed again just in case?
Maybe I should test with a pregnancy test tomorrow morning...
