Faking it is the worse thing u can do it yourself and ur DH. I sometimes cant have orgasm due to the position or when i have lots of cm, i cant feel much. I never fake it, we just use magic wand because orgasm helps sperms move up. Cervix does a dip and it almost sucks all the sperms p.
