Today i did 10 miles on the bike. Had ALL of my water! woohoo. So proud of myself. Well, it's getting late. Headed to bed. Speak to you girlies tmrw!

Eating healthier and lots of water and lots of exercise!! Not really following a "diet" just not going over 1900 cal. Using myfitnesspal app as a guide.
How long have you been TTC?
Been TTC since middle of 2010. Havent been preventing since 2006. Had ectopic in 2007 and lost my right tube. Got pregnant again in Nov 2011 and MC a week later. Praying now that God will fulfill his promises soon :)

Christina, sorry for your losses. I had a MC in July last year and i'm still trying to get pregnant. I can relate in some ways. Hang in there. We will get our babies!!

AFM, i had to step on the scale this morning from that workout i did yesterday. :haha: i lost 1.4lbs from yesterday! woohoo. :happydance:

I'm very happy with that since the 19th! Going to the gym again today. Does anyone use the site sparkpeople?! If so i'm on there. Their recipes are REALLY awesome. They also have an app for your phone.
 
Thank you Babydust! We will def get our babies!! i've been on sparkpeople a few times but cant really get into it! Myfitnesspal app is what ive seen that works best for me! and congrats on the weight loss!!
 
I'm pretty sure i gained a pound in the last 24 hours, but i've been exercising my butt off and that's been going well, I think maybe even I'm more fit these days and it's just the fat s turning to muscle - to a large degree anyway. I'm feeling better. The first steps really are the hardest. I've been going to the gym.... at first, the thought scared the crap out of me and I could hardly move in general, really. Now, a few weeks later, it's easier to get going. Watching tv and listening to music while doing cardio at the gym really makes the time go by and you feel great afterwards, having worked up a sweat. I've even been taking pictures of my sweaty face on the machines to taunt my sister and mom with.

I watched President Obama's state of the union address while doing the elliptical machine and then the stairmaster for a good 20 minutes, which is a LOT. I thought the speech would never end. That thing was LONG. But I forced myself to hang in there and thank goodness cause since then I;ve eaten everything yummy I could get my hands on. I need to learn to eat often, but less!

That will be my challenge, now that I'm on the right path with the exercise.

Rose wow awesome job! I also feel it's hard to start at the gym. You feel like you're going to die, but after awhile you start to get the hang of it and realize it's not so bad. I haven't used the elipical at our gym yet but i REALLY want to! They're always filled up. It sounds like you're on the right path girl. So proud of you! I also agree that music and tv makes the exercise better and helps it go faster. I love my music!

Speaking of music... what's a song that when you hear it, you get really vamped up! Makes you work out harder?
 
hi babydust! should i admit that prodigy really does it for me? other people are into the dance beats. i myself like a little smack my b%$#@ up!!! lol

the elliptical is very very good. you need to try it. it keeps you bouncing back and forth and you get into a rhythm, like it's almost hard to stop in the middle of a step, which can keep you going right along. if you can get yourself in front of a tv, with the music on, you are set for 20 minutes. then you just gotta bear it :)

and then yes, the next time, it's really only 70 percent as bad - and five times later, it starts to get easy if you can force yourself to go and get on the machine.

if you find yourself at home and there are cds you like to sing to, get silly and sing, and contract your stomach muscles and such. i hear that singing, like laughing, burns more calories and uses more muscles than we would tend to think.

all that said, i can not wait to go home and take a nap.

Im over weight by... less than 10 lbs!!! I swear I can not break 170!!

Im 5'8 (I say 5'9 Hubs would differ :) ) My son is 5 months old before falling pregnant with him I was 170 trying to lose weight cause that was 20lbs less than my heaviest. Then while pregnant I got up to 213 when I had him.

Ive been working my ASS OFF literally :haha: and stuck at this crappy 170 mark AGAIN. I go from 170-174 for the past month. I use myfitnesspal.com it is GREAT for logging your food and calories plus meeting up with other people with your same goals and good for finding recipes ;) I usually go to the gym 4-5 times a week but since my husband is working more and my son is getting more active I started doing Julian Micheals 30 Day Shred work out video at home. Ive heard great things about it! Its hard now but its getting easier.

My weigh in day is Monday and im REALLY hoping I break 170 but this last Monday I was 173 :( three pounds in one week may be pushing it but so help me Im getting to the 160s!! My goal weight is 160, my overall goal is to stop worrying about my weight and ditch the scale and just go by how my clothes fit. Also eat a healthier, cleaner, organic life!!

daddiesgift wow you've done awesome! 40 lbs is something to definitely be proud of! Congrats girl! I hate plateau's but you will get through it. Keep at it. It may take a while to break through but you will!

I don't think I'll be losing as much this week, went out with my sis on Wed and ended up having Pizza hut, so had 1440 calories on dinner alone!! So trying to make up for that the rest of the week.

I'm not exercising at the moment, purely through lack of time but need to try and make the time and get my butt in gear. I have an exercise bike which is currently covered in ironing..oops!

So I'm trying my best to follow WW starting today.
Measuring my food, drinking my water & tracking with the points system.
So far so good.
My only issue is i have sososo so many points, i dont know how i'll eat that much!
51 points is my daily allowance, ive had breakfast, lunch and a snack and im only at 24!

AFM, im feeling smaller but we will see on Tuesday! I have had to pee ALOT lately from all this water i've been drinking.
 
I did good with water today-I had to pee a lot too lol. I felt exhausted after work, but I took my dog on a brisk walk today which is better than I usually do. Tomorrow I will be going to the gym I joined about 6 months ago and actually using it!

No exercise at the moment :( I used to do Zumba but the class stopped so need to find a new one! X
