I can't even begin to tell you the hassle I am having with Verbaudet (and La Redoute their sister company) - they took 5 weeks to deliver, missed a couple of items off the delivery (but still charged me for them), sent me a mouldy set for the nursery, failed to arrange a return, cancelled my La Redoute order by mistake instead of the Verbaudet item, charged me again for both after I rang to complain...... and still it goes on!!! I am now nearly £150 down for orders that totalled £65! I still have the mouldy item, have items missing from Verbaudet and haven't even received the La Redoute order!!!

I am going to print all my emails out and write to head office!!!

Jeez, looks like we were the lucky ones then by simply not receiving the items (or getting charged for it). I most definitely will not be using them in the future again, ever.

Hope you can get things sorted one way or another babyloulou, your experience is absolutely horrendous.
