Vitex success stories... GO!!!

Hi all, I started vitex yesterday (cd1) I am really hoping it works as well as it has for you guys. Out of interest for those that got their BFP's how much vitex where you taking and what brand?

I am trying a few herb additions this month...not Vitex though so interested to read. I always get positive opks on day 16/17 and I think I ovulate soon after....started charting temperature last month. Cycle around 31 days so LP is about 13 days.


Is it worth me taking Vitex? Would it help at all......or not for me??

Vitex can mess up a normal cycle and yours sounds good so I'd avoid taking it unless supervised by a naturopath.

I started Vitex today, but I have the whole berries and I am unsure how to dose it. What I did was ground some berries and mix into my green tea with some cinnamon. How many ground tsps would equal the proper dosage. I have done this twice today already (morning tea and around 3pm cause I was cold). Thanks Ladies
