Annie that's so sad about the UK trainer. They are such an inspiration to all and thats just terrible.
I love the wii fit. And also Just Dance 2. I haven't got the 3rd one yet. I also have done zumba. I joined a gym in June 2011 and I have gone 5-6 days a week. I really love it. I love the elliptical! Good luck!
Let's keep working hard so we can get our BFP!!
 
I do Les Mills classes at my gym 4 days a week. Body Pump and Body Combat mostly along with Dumba. Exercise isn't my issue, what goes in my mouth is. :) I am determined to drop 30 more pounds. I am down 30. We can do this ladies!! BFP's for all!

I wish I knew what causes my weight issue. I have been overweight from birth. I done the nutritionist thing and they don't understand why I gain when I eat right and even eat their meal plans. I do have hypothyroidism and no metabolism. It's about 45 percent less than normal so I exercise 2 hrs a day, when my sister can exercise 30 mins and they both equal out about the same, not fair! I am going to request another specialist about my weight, but my docs are stumped. One doc suggested gastric bypass surgery and the other doc said NO, it would not help me at all since food is not my issue. I'm so confused and doing my own research. Sorry for venting, it's just very frustrating. It sucks when my doc says to eat more, exercise more, etc. I always thought it was eat less, but that makes it worse. I want to go on Dr. Oz and be diagnosed! I do know that I really limit all bad carbs and no sugar except some fruits. Anyways. (my highest weight was 315 and my thyroid was not under control, took 2 long years). Now I weigh 230 and I am so much healthier. We go ice skating and rollerblading, my favorites!! I need to be at 175, haven't weight that since junior year in high school. I weighed 220 when I got pregnant with my daughter in 2005. So, that's my story. Sorry for boring you all. I just cant sleep...lol
 
I am with you on this one ladies. Following SW last year helped me to lose 2 stones, have through stress and massive life changes put 1 stone back on, but have LOADS of determination to lose that again and more, REALLY want a BFP early next year.

Hello I would like to join I am starting a diet and being more active. I am at 220 and just last year I was at 180 I would like to reach a goal of 145 as far as my wieght. Its going to be hard because I get so down about not being pregnant and everyone else getting pregnant all around me I tend to turn to food. Especially fast food and sweets.
 
Hello ladies can I join? This is my first month of bcp but I have PCOS so need to lose 4-5 stone to get to my ideal weight. I will be doing slimming world next year as I lose 2lb a week when following the plan :) hello all and baby dust to all!

I too am going to be dieting to loose at least 28lb which would put me back to my Pre pregnancy weight when I had my sons.

I will be joining slimming world the week after next for motivation! If I'm gonna pay to go then I know i will be strict!

I am cd4 and onto month no.7 ttc no.3.

Hoping we'll see some bfp's soon!

I have hypothyroidism too! My levels are under control right now but I hear you on the exercise and food. If I even go off my eating plan for a day, I put on weight. I am sensitive to carbs and concentrated sweets. Sugar packs on the pounds for me. I know what to stay away from but sometimes I just crave sugar, especially around AF time.

I have made lifestyle changes but am still trying to reach my goal weight. Best of luck to you! Have you thought about maybe seeing a metabolism expert?

I'm so glad its not just me. I mean I don't wish this upon anyone, but I have felt so alone. Hearing all this makes me feel better. Its a good thing I enjoy going to the gym or this would be a very difficult struggle! Back to exercising. I have plateau'ed on my weight for about a month so I'm gonna switch up my workouts and see how that goes in the next few weeks. Good luck everyone!
 
Morning ladies!

AF just turned up which was good news for me! First month off bcp and cycle was 31 days which is great for me. Hopefully second was will be similar but I'm temping and using opk to determine when I ov.

My new years resolution is to lose 5 stone. Slimming world here i come! Xx
 
It is going well for me. I haven't been tracking what I eat yet, just cutting way down on the bad foods. We have a party every year so there are left overs, but I am taking it easy. :)
 
I did 40 mins on the elliptical and 20 mins on the bike, 500 calories burned baby! Then I used the lower body weight machines. I am actually going to buy me an elliptical soon! I'm so excited.

How are you doing tigerlilly?
 
Back in the pool limited myself to 30 mins other wise i'll swim till i can't do anymore. Going for a run hopfully tomorrow and then add weights and back to the veggie based eating. gl ladies x
 
I am doing 2 and a half hours at the gym tonight. Kickboxing, abs then Zumba! I cannot wait. :)

I am starting my running again tomorrow. Put on about a stone and a half. Only a size 12, but not comfy. Want to be in tip top shape!
 
I joined a local slimming club and the plan was relatively easy to follow. I have 2 and a bit stones to lose and I lost 9lbs before Christmas but I think I've probably put at least 7lbs of that back on. :(

I'm starting again this week and hopefully I'll carry it on through pregnancy if that happens soon as I put on so much weight with my first pregnancy that I'm still trying to lose now :haha:

Yes, it is so much fun so I actually look forward to going to the gym! :)

The Zumba class is out of my gym so the number in the class varies, but on average there is about 20 of us. And the instructor makes all the difference on how good the class is. I love the instructor tonight. He is one of my favorites!! :)
 
Lost 2 stones last summer, put on 1 stone again by the end of the Christmas hols. Lost 6lb already and looking to lose many more. Hoping for a :bfp: early this year!
