Do any of you ladies get mild cramps about a week after ovulation. Im not do for AF for another week or so & today I started getting mild cramps.. just enough to make me notice them I am very regular when it comes to my menses which is why I don't know if I should be worried..??????

I get random cramps sometimes. Could be a good sign (implanting! Fingers crossed!!!) or could be nothing.

Don't worry is the main thing. Hope you feel better soon. Xx

FXed that it is its been coming & going all day!! I usually get them the day before AF & when I 'O' but this was just abnormal for me!! Thanks hun!!

Dashka- I too get pains on the my left side when I ovulate. I usually get them right before and the next day too.

Beautifullei2 - I am 7-8 dpo and I had some dull cramps today. Nothing terrible but like you said it was enough to notice them. Sometimes this is nothing and sometimes it could be a good sign. Try not to let it bother you too much.

Glad to hear all the ladies are doing good. I'm sending baby dust so that all of the terrible AFs stay far far away...at least for the next 9 months!and

Sarah: Sorry about the itchy dry skin. That can be super annoying. Glad to see your pregnancy is coming along good! I'm still playing the waiting game. Pretty much feel normal. My husband lost his grandfather over the weekend so we are going to be traveling from Myrtle Beach, SC to Ohio on Wednesday night to attend service. I was a little dizzy last night, but I really think I was just so tired from everything that has been going on this week. My temps are continuing to get so high. The other day it jumped .6 all the way up to 98.1 (This is high for me!) Today is was 98.3. I'm very happy to know that my body is capable of ovulating. Even if I don't get preggers...as least I have that good news to take with me. Enjoy your day. I'll try to check in tomorrow before we go outta town for any updates you ladies might have! I had killer morning sickness last night, which sucks in a way, but it's also reassuring that everything is still okay.

I'm so sorry to hear about your husband's grandfather!

Dizziness is a sign of pregnancy too! I have that ALL the time!

Hope you get your BFP soon! You're right though that it's nice to know that you're ovulating even if you don't get a BFP. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you and will add you into my prayers tonight!

No i never do which is why I thought it was odd!@ the past few days I have been feeling under the weather & since i work at a doctor's office I just figured I caught a bug from a patient. My stomachs been really week for the past few days too.

Wendy - I haven't heard about using the progesterone cream all month... Who recommended that for you? Hope it works for you and evens things out! I only use it twice /day -morning and night after ovulation until I get AF.... xoxo

Big hello to Ella, Posey, Keri, and anyone else I missed (sorry!)...

AFM - I think I ovulated yesterday as my OPK strips were positive morning and night on Sunday - then yesterday around Noon I got some cramping in my left ovary side..... (it lasted about 2 hrs)... longer than usual... Does anyone know if you ovulate when the cramping is there? I have heard that is not necessarily the case... but thought I'd ask. If I did ov. yesterday than that would be Day 12 - not the best for follicular stage .... My ND said the longer the follicular stage the better (egg has more time to grow) but we'll see what happens. So for those girls that have to wait longer to ovulate - at least that's a good thing! xo

I talked to a friend who has a lot of knowledge about hormones...she said if our bodies are low on progesterone, it can be hard to get PG. I am pretty sure I am low, and that is the reason why I spot so much before AF. One of the suggestions by Dr. Lee, who wrote books about low progesterone and hormone levels, is to take progesterone from CD 5-26, to help supplement the progesterone and even things out...it is supposed to jump start my ovaries. I may not ovulate this cycle, b/c of taking the progesterone cream early, but hopefully I will ovulate the next cycle and get pregnant!!!

I dont want to get your hopes up but i got cramps on and off for about a week before i got my bfp, i thought af was coming it felt like period pains but not as full on .. FX for you xxx how many dpo are you ?

I dont want to get your hopes up but i got cramps on and off for about a week before i got my bfp, i thought af was coming it felt like period pains but not as full on .. FX for you xxx how many dpo are you ?

It does feel as if AF is coming but they aren't very strong at all & come and go! As I said before I have been feeling a bit under the weather and this morning I woke up with an extremely weak stomach and feel as if I need to vomit.. sorry if its TMI... Hard to tell if Im really sick or could be getting a BFP! Im about 8-9 dpo

I felt like af was coming last night and just now I had an almost painful shooting pain an inch below belly button slightly to the left. It felt familiar though - I think I had it on one one my previous 2ww so might just be whatever is going on a this point. Really hoping for some good news. Got one hell of a headache today and the house buy has fallen through as I expected. However we will keep on trying to sell up and move!

Hi everyone, stuck "taking it easy" today, halfway through my 2ww. Had a very low progesterone early this week, a week after my first iui. So I started progesterone supplement and started spotting an hour later. Maybe it was too late? Maybe it was implantation, maybe my unwanted friend is visiting early this month... So taking its easy and spotting has mostly subsided. Not a patient person, no test till next tues, almost a whole week! Anyone on the same sched?

Wendy - sounds good - good luck with the progesterone!!! You should think about taking MACA too - it helps balance out hormones naturally and is a whole food... I put 1 teaspoon in my smoothies and buy the gelatinized kind (it's a powder) because it's more absorbable. I also do the prog. cream though after ov...... GOOD LUCK!!

AFM - thanks for all your input re: cramping around ovulation... I don't know now if I'm 1 DPO or 2 DPO - as I had cramping more on Monday and very little yesterday morning... I had dark line on OPK on Sunday and lighter still on Monday. My ND says that you ovulate 12-48 hrs after the surge -but don't know exactly when the "high point" of the surge was. I don't do temps - got tired of that years ago and my poor hubby having to listen to that beeping noise... My dog also sleeps in our room and sometimes it was freaking her out..
