Welcome to the 'Two Week Wait'

Either way I'm sure it was devastating.

Doctor in one hour so FX she gives me news whether good or bad, I want to know! I think I'm still too early to POAS at home and knew I was going to see her today so didn't want to waste any tests.

Hope the doc has good news for you! Its bed time for me now so that takes me one day closer to finding out if its finally our lucky month!

well, no news. she figures the bc is still in my system since I only stopped it 4 weeks ago. Gonna have to wait for AF to rear her ugly head next week.

I have a specialist appointment today with a fertility clinic to see why it's been a year with no success. I'm praying for good news! Hopefully it's just stress related or something easier to fix!

Morning everyone. So they sent away for a bunch of blood tests, but they said that since I've been pregnant twice before and have a 3 year old daughter that I will be able to get pregnant again! They think I may have an insulin resistance and that is why I'm not conceiving right now. I have some dietary changes to make and need to continue to lose weight, which I've been doing steadily for 6 weeks or so. They may also put me on a low dose of metformin and see how that goes. Some good news at least!

Good news Sarah, at least you know you can still get pregnant ! And you got some answers. Bet that's a huge relief.

Hi ladies!

I'm 12dpo today. I was just telling DH this morning that I think I'm out; been getting nothing but BFNs the last couple days. Very mild symptoms; I could easily just ignore them.

But just a minute ago, I noticed some brownish CM. Nothing on the tp when I wiped. No cramps, bloating, or general gross feeling like I normally get during PMS.

AF isn't due for 6 more days. Is it too late to be IB?

From my research I believe IB can happen anywhere from 10-14 days after ovulation. Don't hold me to that as I'm new to learning this process but that is the information I have found.

Thanks ABmommy. Shortly after I posted, I had the worst 20 minutes of cramping in my whole abdomen. Not gas-like, not AF-like. Maybe that was it?

FXd.

FX for you!!!!!

In the TWW again... Hoping that this will be the last one! AF is due on the 29th/30th of November.

Hi girls, been absent a while. :(

AF hit me a week early last month. I am on CD9 today. Nothing exciting going on yet.

My attitude is pretty poor this cycle; I was so hoping for a holiday announcement.

Pretty low hopes for the next two cycles due to the holidays.

FXd for all of you!

GL Sarah Fx for you!

Sorry to hear mls. I'm on CD5 so not far behind you. Never know what can happen so keep a positive attitude! I'm hoping for a BFP before Christmas!

Thanks ABmommy. I was thinking to myself this morning that I haven't really noticed any symptoms yet and 10 minutes later a huge wave of nausea hit, so I'm hoping this is a good sign. Trying to be optimistic.

GL to you ladies!

Morning ladies! I'm heading to my fertility specialist this afternoon to discuss my egg supply (which I am promised he discusses with all women and I'm not a special case). Here's hoping for good news and that my blood sugar levels are okay!

It is confirmed that I have insulin resistance - kind of like pre-diabetes. Blood sugar levels are still good, so it's more like pre-pre-diabetes. Good news is that I can prevent diabetes with some minor lifestyle changes.

They checked my AMH levels and I'm 11.1. Normal for my age is 15, but they thought I was on CD1 when they took blood and I was on CD11. AF is due this Sunday, so if it comes (I'm PRAYING that it doesn't), then they want to do another blood test earlier in my cycle. May need to take some antioxidants and low level androgens. Anyone else ever taken anything like this? Or have a similar AMH level?

Well I can't weigh in here too much... didn't even know what AMH was until I just googled it. At least you are able to make some changes to help avoid diabetes.

Thanks. I'm really hoping that it was just because they did the test on the wrong day. I'm only 29, so I'm praying it was because of that.
