What did you eat today? (second trimester edition)

breakfast: 3 scrambled eggs, 1 english muffin, 4 oz orange juice

lunch: 6 boneless chicken bites and 2 mini burger sliders, water.

snack: 4 oz of frozen yogurt with blueberries, strawberries, kiwi

dinner: ?? maybe some chicken noodle soup as I'm fighting off a cold.
 
Today has been a good day lol...

I Had late breakfast so didn't have lunch... for breakfast i had

A bowl of cereal,
3 toasted pancakes with butter,
tropicana

I had a bun & cuppa tea

For dinner mince, gravy, onions and mash potato

Then not long ago
Philidelphia dip & ritz crackers,
apple,
water,
yoghurt,
2 toasted pancakes with butter lol
 
breakfast: 6 oz of fat free yogurt, 1.5 cups of 1% milk, bran, 1/2 banana.

lunch: turkey and cheddar on flax bread, gold fish crackers

dinner: i'm not sure yet, maybe a salad or something.

snacks. nectrine and activia yoghurt
 
breakfast: 2 and a half weetabix and a cup of tea

Mid morn: A cup of hot milk and a pain de chocolat (naughty!)

Lunch: 2 cheese on toasts with a bit of ham,a packet of ready salted crisps and a large Orange

Afternoon: A cup of tea with 3 chocolate biscuits (again naughty)

dinner: will be pasta with tomato sauce


My diet seems terrible at the mo :( xx

Smoothie with greens, banana, pumpkin seeds and hemp seeds

Garbanzo beans
Veggie pizza (too much of it, lol)

Snack:
Yogurt with granola

Dinner:
I have no clue..lol

Today i have eaten

Breakfast: 2 weetabix with low fat milk and brown sugar
Lunch: cheese and marmite sandwich + a banana
Snack: apple, apricot and yoghurt
Tea: Curried sausages on rice with broccoli and carrots
Dessert: Very small bowl of ice cream
 
It's 09.05am in the uk my shopping has just been delivered :) had a mini muffin and some orange juice so far I'm thinking chocolate crossant & some fruit for brekkie :) x

Whole wheat bagel with fried egg

Snack
Slice of cornbread

Lunch
Large green salad with walnuts and vinagrette dressing
Tortellini pasta - half red sauce, half alfredo sauce
Slice of garlic bread
Slice of chocolate cake :)

Dinner
Two egg, potatoe and sausage tacos with hot sauce (recent craving)!
Small red velvet cupcake

I know I need to cut back on the sweets... eek!

Bison burger with tomato cheese and pickle on multigrain oat bread

Snack:
Banana, yogurt, blackberry, strawberry, cherry smoothie

Dinner:
Mashed potatoes

Snack:
Toast with peanut butter, banana and honey
 
Pinkie - that bison burger sounds amazing! In fact, your whole day of food sounds amazing. I'm going to have to try honey on my peanut butter toast sometime...

Ive put on 14 pound now ( 27 weeks) and its no wonder really.
Today i woke up and had egg chips beans and mushrooms
Grapes,Iced gems and a finger of fudge,Innocent smoothie,Hummus and celery. Its 9.30now and I really want a tuna sandwhich. Im gunna be massive

It was pretty good! And kinda healthy. At least it was homemade. Last week I went out and ate restaurant burgers twice. Definitely too greasy for me.

Two pieces cinnamon raisin toast
Banana
Glass of skim milk

Whole wheat naan
Spicy hummus
4 small arancini (breaded risotto balls with cheese triple yum) w marinara dipping sauce
Bunch of green grapes
1 Joe Joe (trader joes version of oreos!)

Dinner we havent gotten to yet, but I'm feelin a juicy burger, let's see what DH is looking for!

Snack- coffee, and small banana muffin.

Lunch- black bean quinoa quesadilla's with homemade guacamole

Snack - Grapes and cottage cheese

Dinner - Homemade chicken soup and organic spelt bread.

Snack-Apple slices & almond butter

b- weetabix with lowfat milk and brown sugar
s- banana
l- grilled cheese, red onion, tomato and mushroom sandwich + a pear
s- cereal bar and 1/2 an apricot
t- fish n chips
d- warm vanilla milk

Today i ate

b- 2 crumpets with golden syrup
l- grilled egg and cheese sandwich + a yoghurt and pear
s- 2 apricots and a cereal bar
t- will be pasta and meatballs with courgette and carrots
d- white hot chocolate
