What did you eat today? (second trimester edition)

Today.....

Breakfast..Bowl of rice krispies,

Dinner..Jack daniels seseme chicken strips & chips from tgi fridays lol
and 2 cokes

then a couple hours later roast chicken mayo sandwiches, a big toasted pancake with nutella & strawberries & bottle water

then bar choc and cuppa tea

and a peach lol

cant believe how much im eating now im not throwing up half the day its a nice change x
 
Today -

Breakfast -- Leftover meatloaf and mashed potatoes (doesn't count, as it didn't stay down)

Snack -- Baby carrots

Lunch -- Sub sandwich and a brownie (both handmade from the deli nearby)

Dinner (currently being cooked) -- DH's fantastic hamburgers (ground beef and shredded spinach) with veggies.
 
Today i have eaten

Breakfast: 2 pieces of wholewheat toast with jam and a hot chocolate
Lunch: minestrone soup and a salami sandwich + 2 apricots
Snack: nut muesli bar and a glass of strawberry milk
Dinner: not so healthy creamy lamb and spinach curry with naan bread
 
Visiting family so a kind of naughty day today :blush:

Fresh squeezed juice smoothie
One soft-boiled egg on WW toast

Snack 1:
Piece of homemade shortcake with strawberries and whip cream

Lunch:
Some hamburger helper with cabbage
Coleslaw

Snack 2:
Few bites of Hubby's chili dog
Yogurt
A few dried apricots

Dinner:
Baked potatoes
More hamburger helper with cabbage
Coleslaw

Desert:
Piece of Dark Chocolate

2 buckwheat pancakes with sugar-free syrup

Small apple
Oatmeal raisin granola bar

Lunch
Scrambled egg whites
English muffin

Afternoon Snacks
Whole grain waffle with peanut butter
100-cal pack cheese crackers

Chicken & veggie dumplings

Dessert
Cereal with soy milk
 
Yesterday I was feeling sick and ended up eating a lot of simple carbs so I've been trying to get more protein in today, but it's hard with a mostly-empty fridge!

Breakfast
Scrambled egg whites w/ Colby Jack cheese

Morning Snacks
English muffin w/ peanut butter
Cereal with soy milk

Lunch
Thai fried rice with chicken and veggies

Afternoon Snacks
Medium apple

Dinner
Cheese quesadilla
Mixed green salad

Dessert
?? Maybe a banana or another apple
 
B - quaker blueberry n apple porridge
L - cheese sandwich
D - garlic n herb pasta with chicken
Just had a ham + cheese sandwich

Lunch-Potatoes Meatloaf and Corn

Dinner-Pizza!
 
-5 potato wedges (chicken fried with nacho cheese. this is my guilty pleasure. OMG! :dohh:)

- two mini hors douvres size chicken tacos

-cajun lime tilapia with a cup of brown rice

-steamed broccoli

-french onion soup w/o crouton

-oreo milkshake

-2 tbsp PB.

I know it probably doesn't look that great but I'm celebrating because I've been struggling to eat anything besides my random cravings (the potato wedges or mac and cheese- SO BAD!!)
 
Yesterday

Breakfast:
Toast and marmite

Lunch:2 Chinese chicken thighs

Tea: Rump steak,chips,peas,mushrooms and a tomato:flower:

Snacks:2 MrKipling Pineapple slices,a small Lindt gold bunny and 2 pears.

Today,so far:
Breakfast:porridge and dried cranberrys

Garlic shrimp skewers
Cup of clam chowder

Soft taco with ground beef

So today I had:

Breakfast:
3 eggs and a decaf iced coffee

Lunch:
3 slices of Mellow Mushroom pepperoni pizza. Never had it before today. SO AMAZING!

Supper:
Cooking up some stuffed peppers. Probably will have 1 and a half or two. And a Pepsi.
 
I am working nights, so my eating schedule is off

For lunch: half a BLT

Dinner: 2 tuna sandwiches
 
Today:
Breakfast: coffee with sweet and low and french vanilla creamer and 2 bowls of honey bunches of oats.

Lunch: Beef dog and bbq chips

Dinner: Pizza with pepperoni and meat sauce and 3 chicken wings!


yup I have been a horrible eater ... then I get a bellyache by the end of the night!!
 
breakfast: raisin bran with 1% milk
snack: english muffin with 1 egg
lunch: turkey & pepper jack on flax bread.
 
Tea, toast and a banana for breakfast

Chips, cheeseburger and garlic bread for dinner (not very healthy lol)

snack i had a chocolate crunchie

2 cheese and branston rolls and a cuppa tea!

just drank a pint of milk.

??? Probably making penne pasta with tomato sauce and ground turkey
 
Breakfast - 2 weetabix
Lunch - Mattessons sausage and cheese sandwich on wholegrain seeded bread mmm!
Tea - Jacket potato and tuna

Snacks - Well i went hypo due to too much insulin so had to have a can of this berry sugary shit, chocolate buttons and 2 slices of toast to get me at a normal level urgh.
 
breakfast: activia light peach yogurt, handfull of grapes and strawberries
lunch: 4 medium eggs made into scrambled eggs with a whole wheat english muffin and 2 mino bagels with peanut butter and honey
snack: 3 scoops of strawberry cheescake ice cream in a waffle cone
