What did you eat today? (second trimester edition)

Breakfast:
greek yogurt and bran (small serving): 180 c.

AM snack:
apple: 90 c.

Lunch:
Turkey asparagus wrap: 140 c.
tomato, lettuce, cucumber, carrots: 60 c.
cookie: 60 c.

PM Snack:
grande latte (Decaf) w/nonfat milk: 130 c.
godiva chocolate! 200 c.

Dinner:
vegetable medley: 100 c.
cheese: 60 c.

Dessert:
tea with milk.
 
Breakfast: Fruit with yoghurt, muesli and raisins, glass of oj
Snack: peanut butter straight from the jar before my workout
Lunch: honey-coated nuts, blueberries, a load of minstrels and some natural confectionery
Snack: satsuma, a cup of vegetable stock and a few more nuts
Dinner: Thai yellow curry with chicken and aubergine, coriander rice and some minstrels

I like this thread. But I eat too many sweets. I wonder how I'll give them up when the time comes to shed these baby pounds.
 
Breakfast: Rice Krispies
Snack: Apple
Lunch: Noodles
Dinner: Spaghetti and Meatballs.
 
lunch: greek lemon-chicken soup with crusty bread

Dinner will be Brown Stew Chicken with Rice and Peas.
 
I like this thread. But I eat too many sweets. I wonder how I'll give them up when the time comes to shed these baby pounds.

I hear ya...i just had to modify my entry because i made a stop at the chocolate store while getting my coffee.
 
Woke up and had 2 slices of toast.
3 squares of chocolate. Cup of tea.
Steak and rice with mushrooms.
Ice cream.
Tea and biscuits.
Thats me done for the night !
 
I had one crumpet with real butter
A banana
A cup a soup
Some pasta with pancetta and mozzarella
Some Cadburys heros
 
Breakfast: 2 tortillas, 2 eggs, 1/4 cup of cheese, hot sauce

Lunch: Turkey sandwich on lite wheat bread with 1 slice of swiss and mustard. Celery and PB

Snacks: 100 calorie granola bar and salt and vinegar chips (measured out in grams to the serving size)

Dinner: most likely grilled cheese since we will be getting home late
 
I had

Two slices of toast and marmalade
Banana
Ham and coleslaw roll with some salt and vinegar crisps
Small piece lemon cake
Scampi, oven chips, peas and coleslaw

I will no doubt have a piece of rocky road later.
 
Breakfast:
cup of coffee with milk 100c
small apple 50 c

Lunch
buffalo chicken wrap 425 c
cookie 65 c

Thats it so far but will try to have carrots and apple for snacks and maybe a large salad for dinner im sure at some point I will give in and have some chocolate

I just made a home made chilli con carne with rice and garlic bread
Packet of chocolates
Im still hungry tho!

Breakfast: two slices of toast with a bit of butter and apricot jam

Lunch: Boots ham and mustard sandwich and a Starbucks decaf grande skinny cappucino

Snack: 2 chicken and vegetable Cup-a-Soups

Dinner: Spag Bol

English muffin with garlic herb cheese
Bowl of cereal

Lunch
Chicken caesar salad with grape tomatoes and croutons (YUM!)
Apple cinnamon rice cake
Dried cranberries

Dinner
Hasn't happened yet, but I'm planning on splurging a little and making biscuits & gravy :shhh: Then I'll probably have a sliced apple or maybe some sorbet for dessert.
 
Breakfast:
-Frozen pancakes and a slice of peanut butter toast.

Lunch:
-Spaghettios.

What I want for dinner:
a juicy big mac from McDonalds! :)
or we might go out for hot wings! :)

..and I just snacked on 8 chocolate chips cookies :blush:

Not a very healthy day :p
 
after reading all your healthy items I feel guilty lol
Breakfast - Coffee
Lunch- Beefaroni
Dinner- 1/4 grilled chicken breast and some corn
min bag of popcorn
3 bottles of water
 
I threw up twice this morning, so whatever breakfast that I managed to eat, came back all up.
When I was finally able to eat something at lunch,
~ Whole grain Cereals + milk
~ Half a slice of watermelon

2 hours later,
~ Chinese food - Rice with meat, vege and egg

2 hours later,
~ Another half a slice of watermelon

Pretty much what I can keep down for the day...... I hate morning sickness!

I never feel like I'm eating enough or feel like I'm eating too much so its good to see what other ladies are eating :D

I don't feel like breakfast so I've just made a Nesquik strawberry milkshake :blush: with full fat milk to make sure I'm getting some calories. I made the children porridge but just couldn't stomach it.
 
Yesterday I had:
Breakfast - cereal (Lidl version of Special K) and s/s milk
Lunch - 2 darilea triangles, bowl of homemade minestrone soup, yoghurt
Snack - 1 pink grapefruit, 1 apple, 1 banana, 1 orange (loving fruit atm :haha:) - I didn't eat these all at once, just over the afternoon.
Another snack - bombay mix and a couple of breadsticks
Dinner - Roast chicken, sweet potato wedges, pak choi and baby corn, roasted veg.

Drinks - 3 cups tea (must keep caffeine down today!), lots of water and a pint of squash.
