What did you eat today? (second trimester edition)

I had so far today a couple of raisins, poached eggs on toast topped with cheese and ranch dressing and then after that I felt like chocolate and ate lots :/ Oh dear lol I don't know what I am having for lunch but later on tonight I will be having roasted potato cubes, salad and steak and then a generous serving of pavlova yummmmeeee
 
Abig bowl of weetos for brekkie and a glass of innocent fruit juice, and a bacon sambo. I skipped lunch as was too busy (bold of me) had a snack of a banana and a flapjack, dinner was chicken, mash and broccolli, now i'm making my way through a tub of ice cream :)
 
so far i have had

weetabix with low fat milk and brown sugar
cheese and tomato sandwich
orange

will probably have fish and chips for tea
 
Today I had....

a fry for breakfast (my first in a long time!)
Lunch was a cheese and ham sandwich, and a galaxy caramel cake bar
Dinner was roast chicken, brussel sprouts, gravy and mashed potato
 
Today I had
Two slices toast with peanut butter and banana
One slice toast and marmite
Bro and his gf came for lunch so had crisps, dips and olives followed by homemade meatballs with homemade tomato sauce with penne, garlic bread and salad.

I was too full for afters then but in the kitchen I have either homemade rocky road or mince pies with vanilla ice cream....
 
Beans on toast for breakfast
Salad box for lunch
Roast dinner and apple crumble.

no snacks today.... dont think my calorie intake is enough...
 
2 pieces of toast with peanut butter and hot chocolate
ham, cheese and pickled onion sandwich for lunch
apple

will have some pineapple later
muesli bar
i am making tarragon chicken drumsticks, with rice and courgettes + asparagus for tea
 
Breakfast: Croissant
Lunch: One piece of toast with butter and jam
Snack: 5 grapes, 2 Satsumas, one small carrot and later while waiting for dinner to be ready a poppy seed roll with butter
Dinner: Beef stew
 
I've had nothing good today at all. Cereal, a tuna sub and sour cream and cheddar chips for lunch, about 7-8 homemade toffee cookies and a bowl of mac n cheese for dinner. Ugh. I keep trying to eat better, but this baby just doesn't want anything healthy!

Turkey and cheddar sub sandwich

Afternoon Snack
English muffin with garlic herb cheese

Dinner
Meatballs with mashed potatoes and lingonberries

Dessert
Half a slice of amazing chocolate cake :shhh:


Not my healthiest day ever, lol. Definitely more fruits and veggies tomorrow.
 
Yesterday I had:

Breakfast: slice of granary toast with jam and peanut butter, orange juice
Half a protein bar before and after work out
Lunch: a load of cranberry and macadamia mix, some croutons dipped in houmous
Snacks: grapes throughout the afternoon
Dinner: girdled salmon with spinach and cous cous with olives, tomatoes and raisins

Then I was craving something sweet so had a little chunk of marzipan and some orange squash
 
It's only lunch-time but so far today I've had:

2 slices of homemade onion-bread toasted with salty butter
A mug of peppermint tea
1 homemade chocolate chip muffin
A big bowlful of baked ziti
2 pieces of Toblerone bar

And about 1 liter of water. :)
 
I had bowl of cereal for breakfast and just now a pizza slice and mince pie

So far I've had a cup of tea and a chocolate cupcake that I made yesterday. Toddlers have had apple and cinnamon porridge.
And now I'm making pasta with tomato,onion,broccoli and whatever else I find to chuck in it. I have no idea about dinner yet!

Lunch- 2 sausage rolls
Fruit smoothie

Banana and orange

Dinner will be chicken pie,new potatoes,cabbage and gravy
Syrup sponge and cream:happydance:
 
Yesterday was awful foodwise :dohh::blush::dohh:. We had tickets for X factor so had to queue for 4 hrs then didn't get in :nope:

Sooo, I had:

Pasta with tomato and veg sauce (made by dh to make sure I had eaten something!).
A few jelly sweets on the journey
MacDonalds mayo chicken burger, medium fries and a coke.
2 MacDonalds hot chocolates and one apple pie
1 MacDonalds small choc milkshake on the way home.

MacDonalds was the only place to eat nearby!

Today I've had cereal and a banana. Lunch will be homemade chicken and veg soup, a yoghurt, afternoon snack will be fruit and/or breadsticks with sugar-free peanut butter. Dinner will be chicken stirfry.
 
Breakfast today was.... fruit & fibre cereal

A little later I had a chicken sandwich

Lunch was a slice of buttered bread, with a bacon and scrambled egg.
A galaxy caramel cake bar

Dinner will be chicken fried rice
 
I'm so jealous of all the food you girls are eating :( I wish so much I didn't feel so nauseous still! I just want to eat!!

Yesterday I had
3 jammy dodgers
A cheese and tomato sandwich
A packet of fruit pastilles
A cup of tea
And some vimto squash and coke

Today iv been throwing up since iv been awake iv only had 4 fruit pastilles so far! :/
 
Yesterday:

Bfast: PB&J and a granola bar
Lunch: PB&J, celery and PB, and a granola bar
Snack: donut....
Dinner: half an order of garlic fries and a huge veggie sammich (the best things EVER!!!!!! a fried green tom slice, grilled port mushrooms, roasted peppers, and smoked gouda)
Desert: slice of pumpkin pie and a hot chocolate


Today:

BFast: 2 donuts....
Lunch: 2 cups of spring mix lettuce, toms, avacado, onion, croutons, 1/4 cup shredded cheese, and low fat rasp ving dressing
Dinner: Grilled cod, steamed broccoli, and sweet tater
Desert: probably be coffee with some syrup in it.
 
Breakfast: fruit with yoghurt, muesli and raisins, orange juice
Too many cranberries and macadamia (I threw the rest in the bin because I can't stop eating them)
A chocolate orange protein bar
Salt and vinegar crisps
Sweet chilli nuts
Croutons dipped in houmous
(that was all before 10am)
Lunch: peanut butter, pecorino cheese, about 5 glasses of orange squash
Dinner: was going to have soup but OH had it for lunch. So maybe a veggie burger and salad or omelette.

Been an erratic eating day. I was starving this morning but now I feel overly full and can't see myself eating a lot more.
