Lemon and garlic roast chicken, rice, tabbouleh salad, carrot and bulgar wheat salad, caramelised garlic bread. Puds is spiced baked apples...and custard /oat cream.

this is the recipe - its soo good and so healthy! I add a cinnamon stick when simmering and make the carrot chunks smaller though.
