Hi ladies
My Little boy is now 7 1/2 months old and I have managed to get to slightly below my pre-pregnancy weight through lots of hard work, sweat and dedication!!
I have entered an apprentice competition to have the help of Scott Baptie a Fitness and Nutrition Advisor on Facebook to help me achieve the body I am after. I have made it to the final 10 but now need "LIKES" on my picture to win.
