Yup, I think so! I had tummy ache for 2/3 days then woke up this morning much bigger than when I went to bed so I'm assuming it's growing/stretching pain.

I had a similar feeling. My bump felt like it had a bruise, but it was much too high to be a baby kicking there. It only hurt at night. I think the weight in my front was pulling the skin and causing it to stretch. It would honestly feel sore and bruised, but more internally.
