What's your favourite room in your house? Share a picture maybe?

We have to 'finish off' several rooms in our house- I really don't love any of them. Just feel void of any personality cause we haven't hung things on the walls really etc

I'd say mine and oh's bedroom, it's in the process of having a deep clean since I'm on mat leave now so it's not in the best of states, but it's the only place in the house which is just ours (live with my parents) its full of all our crap (including 3 tv's, ps1, 2 and 3, tonnes of DVDs and a mini chiller) and although it gets cramped and messy, it's ours I won't post pictures though, it's a tip and the paintwork was last done when I was about 12.

Although we'll be moving out after Xmas, it's gonna be lovely having a place to put everything!

Our living room is 'okay' I do like it but we havent changed our carpets or curtains cos they're and we move next year so they dont match but like all 'feature wall'. The activity table is now replaced with Millies lil table and chairs.

Our kitchen is the fave room is our house, the units are lovely, I have a cupcake kitchen and its just nice and pretty. Will take pics later

Ooh I love our whole house. Kitchen and bathroom need some work done on them so I guess i'd choose our front room.

Wow danitinks!!!gorgeous room!! My favourite room in our house is LO's bedroom. It's the sunniest and I like the way we decorated it a lot. I hate our bedroom it's horrible too dark and too masculine lol I plan to change it very soon

Our living room is in the middle of transformation atm (getting new blinds, new flooring, new storage etc) and I'm sure that will be my favourite once it's done. Right now I love our bedroom though, it's very "us", we have stuff on the walls, blinds in the window etc. I'll try and take some pictures later

My house is pretty neutral but I like our lounge as I love our fish tank and its light and airy.

My apartment is really boring, no pretty furniture or nice decorations so I'd say the sauna is my favourite room - peaceful and warm and with the pleasant aroma of stale sweat (it might not sound it but it actually is pleasant!)

I love my lounge best, i like the space and large bay window, fireplace and then how we've decorated it, It's the room i spend most of the time in when not sleeping and i feel really relaxed.

This is our open plan kitchen/lounge. The other side is the dining area. Built before our suprise LO came along so completely child unfriendly!!!
The lovely clean doors that go at the back are covered in handprints and the ivory leather sofa has food all over it 99% of the time!!

Dani_tinks your fireplace is great, I want a real one (we just have a decorative mantle thing), I think that's how I want my house to be, cozy & warm feeling...

My bedroom, probably because it's the only room I've had a proper full say on the rest is how it was before I moved in with DH

I did take some time to decorate Toris room with Fisher Price Rainforest decals and furniture. I flipping love it

I would say our Lounge-it's where we relax I love the fireplace that we had put in when we moved in although we are going to change it so it's got a wood burner in it rather than being an open fire.

All our rooms are a bit tatty-our place was in a right state when we moved in and we've only had the money to do the basics.

Not as beautifully snazzy as some of your homes, but my living room is my favourite room. We live in Holmfirth (Last of the Summer Wine country) so everything here is stone built, we have our stone wall and the exposed beams running throughout the bungalow.

Here it is the day we moved in before all of our clutter and with our makeshift TV bench

The steps you can see leading down are to the kitchen, another one of my favourite places (again, the day we moved in!)

I'd say my fave room is the lounge as we chill there. It's nothing special and needs painted but it's ours
