So exciting jtink!!!
Hi ladies, just wanted to check in and see how you all are! I haven't been on the big thread for a while, I have been busy and I seem to miss way to much and miss out on lots!
How is everyone feeling? My nausea has improved but still so so hungry! Trying to eat better though and enjoying lots of fruit (also helps with my constipation- sorry TMI!) . I am feeling much more relaxed after seeing the heart beat last week which is nice. Also been busy which helps with the obsessing!!
Starting to get a feeling I am having a boy- mainly because my symptoms seem to be similar to when I was pregnant with my son.... My husband thinks girl. Can't wait to find out. We have started discussing names more seriously which is fun and like Summer Lily for girl and Charlie (not sure of middle name) for a boy.
One of my friends has just had twins and I have another friend who will be induced Monday if her baby hasn't appeared by then. 2 more friends have announced they are due in Feb. Babies galore it seems!!

Nausea is still going strong for me. I have learned to manage it by eating smaller meals more frequently though... And knowing if I feel it to force myself to eat something quickly. Getting tired of feeling that way though!!!
I know - babies seem to be everywhere! One of my closest friends just delivered her second baby yesterday! She had a few false starts over the past 2 weeks, and when it was time for the real thing, labored/delivered in only 2 hours!
DD is still insisting baby Jacob is in mommy's belly.... But also insists she's having a sister (when asked brother or sister). DH says maybe we're having boy/girl twins. I think I'd have a meltdown if I found out it's twins!
First scan/appointment in one more week....

Sorry I haven't been back in a while! I forgot to change my settings. But I'm back! Glad to see everyone is doing well!
I haven't had a ton of nausea it seems to come at the worst times though. My biggest issue is no appetite at all though. And with breastfeeding my 8mo it has been an issue. I'm trying to eat more but then nausea hits... and blah!
I totally don't feel pregnant otherwise. Its so weird. Really hoping all is well. Last monday I had a scan and saw baby and heartbeat! I'm not gaining wait, no bump, nothing... Hoping that's all ok and just a sign its a girl as this is nothing like my first pregnancy! I don't see my midwife until 9/4. We announced to family on Saturday. My inlaws and my husbands aunt/uncle figured it out... so that was a bummer. But still fun to tell them nevertheless. They were just waiting to hear officially!
Friday I'm taking my big boys (my nephews who live with us) to a waterpark with another family. Its suppose to be 92! Ick!!!

I'm all over the place lol
I requested a second lot of hCG done which came back at around 6000, which the midwife said was too low for my dates. So I had an emergency scan yesterday which saw me, not at 7+4 that I thought but between 5-6 weeks. No hb but that's normal for then. So I'm in limbo. My mw thinks I'm looking likely to have a miscarriage and so did I until I started doing a bit of research. Scans can be a little out, conception, ovulation can be a little out. My dates with my daughter were 16 days out and I KNEW my dates just like I know these dates. 25% of women don't have doubling hCG but go on to have normal pregnancies. After 6000 which is where I am they start to slow as well as they reach their peak after 7 weeks. I still feel like I could be in it. I haven't had any cramping or bleeding. I have another scan in a week today to check progress. Fingers crossed for me pretty please xx

My fingers are firmly crossed kakae! 
My sickness has eased I still feel nauseous but not actually being sick which is fab. My main symptom is tiredness!! So so tired!
I'm craving burritos haha! Love them at the moment!
I can't keep up with the other thread either! It's so busy!

Kakae, FX for you! Hope next week's scan shows the little bean's HB & everything continues to go well!

bella: the thought of twins freak me out too! I visited my girlfriend who had twins yesterday and she also has a 2yo! Luckily she has lots of family support but still talk about having your hands full!

I don't feel that pregnant either now, except for feeling so hungry, little more tired and having a significant bloat at the end of the day! Not very sick at all whcih I guess is a good thing. I don't think it is strange you haven't gained weight yet- plenty of time for that! I remember my OB said to me in my first pregnancy that a weight gain of 12kg was "normal" (I put on 16kg and gave birth at 35 weeks so probably would have gained more!)
How did your inlaws figure it out so early? Especially since you only have an 8mo!

Good luck hon! I hope you see a heartbeat but it is early so try not to stress if you don't get to see it and just see if you can go back in a week or so. As much as you nausea and vomiting sucks, at least it is reassuring!

SERIOUSLY (about the thought of twins). I felt my weird twinges again today (swear it feels like fetal movement but can't believe it at this early stage! Still thinking it must be gas or uterine twitches) but read that you feel movement early with twins. (Eek!) I'm sure I'm just being crazy but I've got my FX that it's just one in there!!!

I swear I've felt 'something' too Bella right down low definitely feels like the early 'pops' I felt with Finley but didn't think it could happen this early!

so I have a tipped uterus, and it was hard to see things clearly. At first all we saw was a yolk sac and I was so bummed and worried. She moved things around, then blurted out that she saw a tiny heartbeat! I saw it too and then burst into tears. No pictures, it was too blurry, but she said that it looks good for exactly 6 weeks and we are lucky to see a heartbeat that early. I go back next Friday for another scan
