ladies..... need advice...

I've had a busy day, spent quite a lot of time standing (cleaning, Ironing and baking more cookies) and for the last 45 min have felt very light headed! Like I could easily pass out!

Any of you get that early on??

Anything I can do to stop it? I've just had 2 clementines, dinner will be ready in 30 min.

I get that even without being preg I usually find a sugar hit and some fluids do the trick. And a sit down of course.
