I'm looking to start an at home exercise dvd and heard 30 day shred is good.

I've seen it on Amazon for £5 would it be the right dvd?

Also to do the dvd do you need any equipment?

Mine was £5 from amazon no equipment needed maybe a mat for floor work but not essential i just have plenty of water near by
Im thinking of starting mine tomorrow

You need weights you can buy them cheap online or use tins of beans if dont want to buy x

I got the purple ones.

I am a 30DS convert! I used it to lose most of my baby weight and it sure as hell works. It's perfect as you can do it whlst Baby sleeps as it's only 20 minutes and it works so well - you tone up so quickly. It is tough and the first few days are awful but honestly it is worth it!

£5 sounds about right and I did most of it without weights and the results were great - so if you use weights I'm sure it would be tonnes better.

good luck! x

You can get it free on youtube, but that amount for it sounds appropriate. I believe you need some hand weights, but I just use jars of peanut butter. Same difference really. Im doing ripped in 30 by Jillian, and just started week 2 last night. Already see a MAJOR DIFFERENCE.

I gott the dvd. Managed to do the work out twice in a week as every time I start it one of the kids kick off even when I think their asleep.
Man its bloody hard, I have been p***ing in sweat.

Think I might start again tomorrow.

Really need to get my ass into gear.
