30-somethings TTC #1 Testing and Support Thread!

Thanks so much, ladies. I spoke with my doctor today and she was really positive about it. She also gave us the go a head to get right back to ttc, so that's good. DH would like to try again this month, but I'm not sure. May want to take a month off.

How's everyone doing today? For those in the US, any 4th plans? I'll be volunteering at a fireworks tent Saturday night and Sunday afternoon. That night we are going to a bbq. I hope the weather stays nice.

Maxx-I'm doing much better today. Felling good about things and making plans for trying again. How are you?

Rompy- Hopefully the 2ww flies by for you.

I'll be going camping, hiking, and canoeing with my hubby starting tomorrow. Then we're going to his parents' house for the huge family fourth of July party they have every year.

So I'll be missing my BnB for a few days! I'll try to catch back up on Saturday or Sunday, but I don't want anyone knowing we're TTC, so having them see me on this site might be difficult to understand!

Oh, I hope no one in his family makes a comment about "when are you going to have kids"... or "it's your turn now"... etc. There are going to be a couple newborns there too, so it will probably be a little rough. I think I'll just stick with the younger cousins outside to avoid the topic as much as possible...... hmph.

Haven't been on here much recently due to being v hectic. Somehow, though, in an incredibly stressful month, I've just got my Am stunned!

I have been on chinese medicine herbs to get my cycle regulated, this month was the first my O date moved back to a more normal time. Was taking EPO for first 2 weeks. B vit complex, pregnacare conception and fish oils. Oh and OPKs to know when to BD!

V v early days, but please stick little bean!

Yay for a world cup baby....and I think you are making a wise choice in banning the use of footballers names! Have you told your OH yet?

Told him about the ban in footballer's names or the BFP?! Lol. BOTH!!! He was there, or rather lying in bed half asleep when i started jumping up and down.

Yep, let's hope that this July brings MANY BFPs to all the girls on here.

LuckyD - I'm not giving a testing date yet because my cycles are irregular. I'm actually trying to ignore ttc for this month! How are you doing?

Parkgirl - I'm glad you're feeling better! I'd think positively if I were you too. I'm just hanging out here trying to ignore ttc.

Squirrel - Enjoy camping! We're away for the long weekend too. I'm not much of a camper though so we're at a hotel.

Hope you are all well. Work has been completely mad so not had a chance to think about the 2ww much. Saying that no symptoms whatsoever so feeling very unlikely this month. But suppose it's only 8 dpo today (having some well deserved red wine tonight). We're away this weekend too. DH obsessed with the Tour de France so we're off fir the first stage in Rotterdam (Netherlands). Nice to go away with DHbut cycling seriously dull...
