Well, I am projecting that I will have that much will power ~ I've tested early before and would rather not repeat the disappointment! Hope AF stays away for both of us FX'd!!

Hope you'll find something entertaining for yourself this weekend - I cracked up when you wrote that cycling is dull ~ I agree, I can't imagine trying to watch it on TV and then you get to see more actual cycling. When you see it in person don't you only see them ride by once?

I will try to keep up your determination not to test before 13th! I'll be lucky to make it to 7th though. Oh well. Feel like I'll be rolling over to the 10th cycle next month. Isn't it funny how negative you get in the 2ww??

Ha! That is so funny Waiting4 ~ must be a ton of cyclists if it takes them three hours to go by though. That is actually more action than I imagined but it would still be pretty boring to me. Definitely glad you will be having some beer. Maybe there will be a nice big accident? Oh, that was pretty awful to say, but that is what popped into my head! And I seem to have lost my filter for saying only nice, polite things ; P Yes, it is crazy how negative a gal can get in the 2ww. I was negative at 1 DPO! Now I'm in the 1ww and I'm hoping you'll see a cycling accident

Jamie2Eyes, incredibly, we've not been trying v long. This is our 2nd cycle. Hence being sooo shocked. I started charting back in Feb, realised my cycle was slightly out and have been takng Bvit complex to help the LP, chinese medicine herbs from a respected practitionner, pregnacare conception, and this cycle, Evening primrose oil until Ov. We used OPKs to see when i was Ov, and we DTD the day before and day of O in the "fertile" window. Still don't believe it really. Trying to get that balance bewteen being thrilled and knowing it's sooooo early days as AF would have been due today, and so not getting toooo excited in case it doesn't stick.

Hoping my BFP is the first of many this month for everyone on here!

I am doing ok...so happy it's Friday night! Haven't started the OPKs yet but better get on to it...I kinda like how I haven't yet though, feeling pretty relaxed about it all so far this cycle!

Hope you are all well. Work has been completely mad so not had a chance to think about the 2ww much. Saying that no symptoms whatsoever so feeling very unlikely this month. But suppose it's only 8 dpo today (having some well deserved red wine tonight). We're away this weekend too. DH obsessed with the Tour de France so we're off fir the first stage in Rotterdam (Netherlands). Nice to go away with DHbut cycling seriously dull...

How's everyone doing today? For those in the US, any 4th plans? I'll be volunteering at a fireworks tent Saturday night and Sunday afternoon. That night we are going to a bbq. I hope the weather stays nice.

I'll be going camping, hiking, and canoeing with my hubby starting tomorrow. Then we're going to his parents' house for the huge family fourth of July party they have every year.

So I'll be missing my BnB for a few days! I'll try to catch back up on Saturday or Sunday, but I don't want anyone knowing we're TTC, so having them see me on this site might be difficult to understand!

Oh, I hope no one in his family makes a comment about "when are you going to have kids"... or "it's your turn now"... etc. There are going to be a couple newborns there too, so it will probably be a little rough. I think I'll just stick with the younger cousins outside to avoid the topic as much as possible...... hmph.

Oh, I hope you have a wonderful time. Camping sounds lovely. Ugh, I hate when family questions you about when you are going to have a baby. Do they think you are going to hide it for 9 months and all of a sudden show up with a kid?

Haven't been on here much recently due to being v hectic. Somehow, though, in an incredibly stressful month, I've just got my Am stunned!

I have been on chinese medicine herbs to get my cycle regulated, this month was the first my O date moved back to a more normal time. Was taking EPO for first 2 weeks. B vit complex, pregnacare conception and fish oils. Oh and OPKs to know when to BD!

V v early days, but please stick little bean!

DH and I are relaxing a bit today before going to a bbq tonight. The rest of the weekend is going to be busy, but fun busy. Lots of friends and parties for the 4th of July holiday weekend.

Thanks, Park! We had a great time camping, hiking and canoeing. Now I'm at the in-laws house. They are all out doing chores on the farm, so I'm sneaking in some quality BnB time!

I am jealous of all you American's off at parties and BBQs! However, the 4th of July is also one of my best friends' birthdays, so we are about to go into town and visit her, so that will be nice.

Turns out I am having an unusual cycle myself - started OPKs yesterday (CD14), and they were positive! Don't normally see a positive til around CD18. Am going to keep testing just in case, but in the mean time trying to get as much BD action as possible.

It's beenquiet on here overrhe weekend! Cycling wasn't too boring - we did see one crash right in front of us Jaimie and it was gross guy crashed into the barrier and lost some teeth. Yuck.
