Right time for an update for you all and I'd love to see updates from al of you too. Ok so I was on the AC for 47 days and you'll never believe it but my cycle started on 31th Oct I'm really hapy that my cycle is here.

hi vicnut i too am having very long cycles im currently on cd53 i bought some ac today and posted about whether to start now or wait until af shows am iright in thinking you started it b4 af has i dont want to keep waiting xx

I don't have pcos but I didn't have a period for 8 years ( 6 on depo 2 off ) I started taking vitex ( angus castus) I got the 400 mg capsules of natures way from GNC for 7.99 . I took 3 a day ( with my meals cuz otherwise I burped it up ) on day 5 I had my first AF . Complete with cramps and everything lol . My friends thought I was crazy because I was so happy to have a period lol. I didn't take it while only AF but as soon as my period was over I began taking it again. I took it all the way up until I got a positive opk and then stopped ( and my opk was right on time for a perfect 28 day cycle I just ovulated and have been bding like crazy and are getting ready to start our 2 week wait got my fx for my but angus cast us did exactly what it said. Just don't take it during AF ( think it extends it and messes with cycle ) and stop after you ovulate because if you continue it and get pregnant it can caus a miscarriage. What it does it tell your pituaitary gland to produce more progesterone (which allows you to get and stay preggers) but if you produce too much you can mc. It helps your body level out it's hormones. I've read most women see results and get preggers in 3-6 months. It's not the fastest method but it does help

I think it's diffrent if you have PCOS. As I was advised to take all the way through my cycles. So thats what I do and it worked for me AF showed on the 31st Oct and it was a good 4 days insted of 10 like it was before the AC. I've also OV for the first time this year

I have PCOS and started taking AC .. Im on my 3rd month .. it has started to give me a regular cycle of 35 days ovulating at day 21 .. I have been tracking it by temping. I have also noticed that my AF is more 'normal' .. I have also noticed other things too .. like less fluid retention and bloating and better skin .. I hope that this is my hormones sorting themselves out !!! ... lets hope it results in a BFP for us all for Christmas !!!

Hi, I'm new here. We are trying for a baby 3 month now- no luck yet. I am underweight PCOS. Is it ok to use Agnus Cactus in my condition? And how do I use it? Please help.
