anyone got pregnant after ovarian drilling?

Snflwrgrl - how did you get to 11 weeks already?! What does the glucose test do and what does it mean that you failed it? I think over here we only have them done around 28 weeks  Sorry you'll have to go through the daily checks - but on the other hand its probably best they caught it early!

Scerena - its looking good! Don't forget some women never get opk's where the test line is darker than control. It just depends on the concentration of the LH and how strong your wee is. Are you making sure to test in the afternoon and not drink/wee for at least 3 hours before that? If DH's swimmers are good I'd BD every day now

Welcome Paula - always nice to see new faces on here!

Keisha - its great to see you back on here. But what a shame about your cyst :hugs: I hope they will be able to sort it out in no time!

Nikkia - how are you feeling?

Cridge - any news? How's the cf? Any progress with OPKs?

Tella - I guess only about a week left until you find out either way! Either you bag a BFP or start IUI! Whatever it is - its a step in the right direction! Although of course my fingers are always tightly crossed its the formare rather than the latter :happydance:

Sorry if I missed anyone, ladies :flower:

Ok girls i have just been naughty  I bought 2 more HPT tests  I can feel the POAS bug biting me earlier :haha: I just want to know if it is + or to get AF and book IUI so maybe i will win a day or two if i start testing earlier. Will let you know if i do test, but i wont try before Sunday.

Thinking of all you girls! Just can post a long reply as im on my way to my nails appointment.

:dust: :hugs: :dust: :hugs: :dust: :hugs: :dust: :hugs:

hi Ladies,

how is everyone doing,,,,,
i have no idea what CD i am on,,,,, i am trying so hard not to look at the calender....

i have however bought loads of OPK and a new wall chart planner, i am ready to take the TTC to a new level.........

Snwflwrgrl9- thanks hun :) i hope it was positive we shall see what tonights opk looks like and hopefully my temps will show i ovulated fx'd! I hope that you get on ok at the blood monitoring :hugs: let ys know how you get in please :)

Cridge- thanks for the info hun :) oh had a borderline count but after taking LOADS of vits bless him its normal again, (he has two kids previosly) so hopin the count now stays normal... So hopefully we will be ok to bd everyday but i might do it everyother i dont know lol i confuse myself :haha: how are you today?

Lets hope OD has made me ovulate fx'd but i am definately not getting my hopes up yet! X

Sorry my phone didnt load all the messages i wasnt being rude ladies-

MariaF- Yes i have literally a sip of drink within 2 hours and try not to pee for 3-4 hours (that is a killer lol) i hope that was my positive or that tonights is... Your beanie is a Avocado now! He/she is getting big :)

Tella- yes please keep us updated on your hpt's im a poas addict too and love seeing peoples lines :) enjoy grtting your nails done :)

Mommymel- sounds good taking ttc to a whole other level! When do you reacon you will start your opks?
X

Scerena - looking at your tests from a couple of days ago and then yesterday's it's clearly gotten darker! I have everything crossed that tonight's will be darker still! Or that yesterday's was the positive one
Are you monitoring your cm?

Tella - I could never wait till af due day :dohh: Some cycles I would start testing as early as 5DPO :dohh: The amount of money I must have made for the pharmaceutical companies is ridiculous :haha:
I got a faint but obvious BFP at 9DPO so that's only a couple of days away for you. That was on an FRER though. I/C were negative for another couple of days...

MommyMel - you'll find out soooo much about your body when you start temping  I think once you get the hang of it it really becomes a powerful tool to pinpoint ovulation and definitely confirm it!!! Let us know if you have any questions :winkwink:

MariaF- no i do not monitor my cm- a couple of days ago some was creamy white but i know i should monitor it but with opks and temping cm isnt really my thing unless i see it in my underwear SORRY if that was TMI! But hopefully that opk wasnt false like they can be in pcos, we will see what tonights one is like xx

Kyla- I'm not sure when my follow up is, the FS said there will be an appointment sent in the post.

Cridge- LOL about your son saying he doesn't have to fight with a sibling, my son said the same thing if he was to have a brother.

MariaF- Thank you for the welcome

Scerena- Wow, your opk is definately getting darker, compared to the others you posted. What cd are you if you don't mind me asking?

:hi: im not sure cd18 as i was cd3 when had op and was on af so not sure if i should be cd18 or actually cd15 lol?
How are you??x

Hi girls!

Maria - Yes! I'm 6dpo! I never got a + opt but I can pretty much pinpoint when I ovulated within a couple of hours because of my cf. My temp the following morning confirmed.

Tella - you're going to make me start obsessing if you start testing! :winkwink: So far I've been sooo good this 2ww. Haven't been bothered by it at all. Sometimes I start thinking about checking for symptoms, but I stop myself short and tell myself to just look forward to injects next cycle. I know I'll start going nuts in a weeks time though. :dohh: Are you going to test on Sunday for sure? FX'd!!!

Mommymel - good to see you!! I'm so excited for you to get your game on! Like Maria said, tracking will open up a whole new world and it's so nice to be able to know exactly what your body is doing!

Scerena - how long did your oh take the vitamins before his swimmers improved? I started dh on some at the end of last cycle just in case (his last SA was around 12-13 years ago). He claims he doesn't need them but he *is* getting old. :haha:

All I do to track cf is pay attention when I wipe. If you find globs that look like egg white - and especially if they stretch, that's a good sign!!

Have a great day girls!!

I tend to look at my toilet paper too but havent noticed much TMI- my underwear was a bit wet yesterday  maybe thats a sign...
Id say 3-6 months as we had to wait so long before they wanted to teat oh's sa again, not sure when his next sa is he has his next appointment with the clinic in may.
He should be fine what is he taking??? X

scerena- I'm good thank you. Managed to leave the house today (1st time in a week lol) :) My stitches are starting to itch a little, other than that all is looking well with the healing process. I'm pretty much confused about my cycle too. I'm either on cd8 if i count the op as day 1 or cd 11 if i count from my af. I've just bought 30 opk's so have already began testing just incase. FX'd this your month x :)

 All, Blimy has been busy on here.

Scerena def great sign on the opk's.

Not much happening with me No ewcm, no+ opk:nope: nothing had faint line on cd13 and slightly darker on 14 then nothing. I got a bad pain in my right side had it few days def ovary pain I've had it before but this afternoon its like a nagging tooth ache and wont go away.I will see how it is tomoro. Feeling tired this week work is busy. Also bit fed up as scan was inconclusive and no + opk's. On the plus side I've lost 3lb.

Hope your all ok? x

 NIKKI

:awww: so sorry to hear about your scan, what cd are you on now? Are you still testing with opk?

Congrats on losing 3 lbs, that's great  . I have managed to lose 5lb so far, only got a stone and a half to lose lol x

pualapuddle- You left the house :happydance: bet it feels good to go outside I was so happy when I did! My stitches itched loads too its so annoying! I was confused with what day to class my cd from as I was on af- but I have just kept to my original af date for now... :)

Nikkia- the pain on your side could be ovulation pain? I have heard that opk's dont work for some people, charting is the best way to know if and when you ovulated. gl hun :hugs:

AFM- Well I done one tonight at 7.45- my wee didnt look very concentrated even though I barely drank and held it in for 4 hours! This one is definately negative- so maybe that opk yesterday was false
The first pic is yesterdays and the second pic is todays :(
x

Scerena - You may have ov'd yesterday then, I've had similar results to yours with a 'strong faint' line, but not enough to confirm a positive yet my CD21 blood test would confirm ovulation so you may still have o'd. Would you be able to ask for a Day21 test?

Nikkia - Congrats on losing the 3lb! :happydance:

Paulapuddle - Glad you managed to get out of the house. I've started to venture out a bit too, not for too long though as I'm still making sure DH is looking after me :haha:

I'm doing ok, antibiotics seems to have got rid of the pain, but this evening I have cramps and I can't tell if they are pre-AF cramps or just things settling after the op. Still only faint lines on OPKs for me. I've mentally written off this cycle anyway so not to worried.

No i cannot ask for one as the doctors and my fs are completely different :/ i posted it in a few forums and they think it was a positive opk and its the darkest i have had so far but it will be confirmed with my temps just hoping i have ovulated :/
Maybe your pain could be ovulation pain? You never know... What cd are you?x

Shame about the blood test, I found they helped me understand if Clomid was working or not. My FS and Doctors are separate but I was naughty and told the Doc that the FS had asked for it....she had asked for it but hadn't specified how often I needed it so I went every month :winkwink:

Think I am on CD21 today.

Hey Maria - normally we test around 28 weeks here also, but I had to have an early test because my BMI was over 30 - I guess it is a policy for my insurance. For the glucose test you have to drink this really sweet drink, then wait an hour - then they take blood after the hour. My levels were too high for the 1 hour - so, I had to take the 3 hour test - they take a baseline blood when I get there (after fasting), then I drink that sweet drink, and ever hour for 3 hours they take some more blood.

Well, I went to the specialist today to go over my blood checks and had a consultation with the nurse. After the consulation she went to get the doctor to go over more information with me - well, the doctor came in and said Good News - your numbers were ok - you are NOT diabetic. I was confused. He said that he wasn't sure what numbers my dr's office was looking at, but I passed all of the blood tests! :happydance:

So, basically I wasted my time there. Not sure how this could have happened, but I will take it. Still watching what I eat - to keep healthy.

Maria > Hmmm im 9DPO at the least tomorrow :) But im scared of a BFN so I will rather wait until Sunday

Cridge > After investing in 2 more HPT's, yes im gonna test with FMU on Sunday morning. Its like im almost fine with getting a BFN then as I know Im moving onto the IUI the following cycle and it will only be days to go before I start my meds then. How many mg's Femara are you taking now?

I've convinced my DH to take Folic acid with me as it is apparently very good for the sperm count as well. Even though his is fine, it can always do with a bit of nourishment :haha:

MommyMel > I cant wait to start stalking your chart :haha: When are you planning to go for the IUI?

Scerena > I don’t get much EWCM so I don’t track it either, OPK's and temp has been my best bet so far. I think you O'd just try and BD every day untill your temps confirm it.

Paula > :wohoo: So good to hear you can start moving around enough to go outside. I remember by day 5 I was going mental and just wanted to get out and we just went for a drive. Itching is good, it means it is healing :)

Nikkia > Hope you BD'd enough because you might just have a very short LH surge and therefore you missed a + OPK. Do you temp to confirm o or not? Congrats on the 3lbs :happydance:

Kyla, > The antibiotics might be delaying your O, but I would say have a relaxed cycle and heal properly and after AF has showed up you can start with a bang of a plan :D

Snflwrgrl > :happydance: :wohoo: So glad you are not Diabetic!!!!!!!! Great news, rather a mix up than failing the blood tests.

AFM > 8DPO not much else here, having some weird symptoms but I don’t want to read too much into them.
