anyone got pregnant after ovarian drilling?

Hi darlings! How have you guys been? I know I haven't been on here a while but it's because I had nothing to report. Where are the BFPs?!!! Lol
It's been 3months since my drilling, so I went to the doctor for him to jumpstart af because I only had one af one month to the exact date of my surgery.
I'm CD2 , after taking provera for 7 days. He also prescribed clomid to see if maybe it would work now. Note clomid never worked for me before so Fxd it works now after the surgery.

i need some advise since 10 dpo i had some crampings once in a while and now i'm 12 dpo and feel nauseous do you think its too early to test or can these be symptoms of AF, not sure cause this has never happened to be before. any advise would be appericated. thanks and good luck ladies

With my last mc pg I tested pos at 11dpo. Nausea and cramps could be either pg or AF. Take a test but even if it's negative don't rule yourself out wait till due date if you can. Try again, but you're not out till AF shows.

Hi Sasha, I joined this group after drilling last month. (Had AF 30days after)

I'm now on cd 12 I got a flashy face on clear blue (high fert) and a reasonably dark line on wondfo. I'm really hoping I get text book, flashy face tomorrow then solid sat and dark wandfo as I then head off working away for 4 nights.

I'm charting properly to.

Now do we think if it goes to plan I can trust it this month, or do we think like last month it's playing with me?

Hey girls! Just wanted to update, AF lasted 6 days. I feel like it was my first real period lol. Just got my solid smiley face tonight cd13. Going to get my progesterone tested this month. So I'll know for sure if I ovulated. Df wasn't feeling good yesterday. So going to try and bd tonight, tomorrow and the next night. Wish we would have last night. But I didn't want to push it with him not feeling well. And honestly didn't think I'd get my positive opk yet. Fingers crossed for a bfp this cycle. But would still be happy if I show I've ovulated.

Haha linkerland. We are the same I'm on cd 13 today. I have had flashy smileys on clear blue today and yesterday first thing and just this minute at 18.45hrs done a wondfo and got this (pic attached) I think it looks pretty positive. Thoughts?? Yesterday wandfo was no where near as dark on the test line.

Hoping I'll also get that solid smiley tomorrow on clearblue then it will be text book and really hope it is genuinely ovulation not just a hormone rush like I think last month was. Had aches all afternoon like dull period pains.

hubby was also not well last night but we bd'd night before. I've got him to finish work early tonight. Hoping to fit some in tonight and tomorrow before I go away with work for 4 nights

Tbh I don't think with me going away tomorrow we have a hope of a BFP this month but you never know. It only takes one right. Just not going to get my hopes up at all. I see the specialist who did my op on the 16th for next steps.

I really hope we all get sticky beans this month.

Daisy- yay for us being cycle buddies crazy that were only a day apart. It would be awesome if we both got our bfp's at the same time A lot of people say bd'ing the day before ovulation has the best chances. Looks like you're right there. So I would guess if you bd tonight and tomorrow, you're definitely still in the running Talked to my dr. He wants me to do cd21 blood test. Which would be next Friday. So guessing I won't get my results till the following Monday or Tuesday. Really anxious to see if I truly am Ovulating or not. Baby dust to everyone!

Hello ladies

Daisy - Wow, that's a really good OPK and looks positive to me, or exceedingly close! I've never had a true positive on an OPK even when I know I have ovulated and that line is darker than any I have seen. Fingers crossed for you - are you using a sperm friendly lube like PreSeed? That will help I'm sure.
My cycles are OD did get shorter and more regular.

Sasha - Good luck with your new cycle. There's lots of success stories for people where Clomid has worked after drilling where it didn't before. I really hope this is the case for you too.

Linkerland - Yay for the smiley face! CD21 blood tests are great, but they do rely on the ovulation date being 7 days before. When I had my BFP cycle, I ovulated on CD19 and so my CD21 blood test was negative and I was devastated. Little did I know my body was playing tricks on me. Keep us posted with your results.

CNR - Sorry just getting to answer this now, cramps are hard to tell because they can be a sign of both. What has happened to your cycle since?

We are well overdue some BFPs on the thread and statistically, it's got to happen soon. I am thinking of you all, I know how hard the journey is, hang on in there girls

HI ALL!! ive been MIA for a while but i havent forgotten about you! any BFP'S???

as for me im not sure if i mentioned i did get my period again on my expected date of 8/21/14 it only lasted like 3 and a half days and lucky for me hubbys schedule has worked to my benefit because he used to be home late at night and this past week hes been off work by 4pm, one big reason im happy about that is on wednesday cycle day 14th for the first time ever i actually noticed my cm and it was like egg whites! so i immediately let hubby know and we have bd'd every day this week, we have company tonight so we may skip today but i think we'll be ok, im on cycle day 17 and im still seeing the cm about the same consistancy, not sure what day i actually ovulated or will for that matter but i have high hopes this is our month, my husbands bday is the 19th and im due for AF the 21st so imagine the birthday gift that i could give him?? it will be the best gift i could ever give him wish me luck ladies!! BABY DUST TO ALL! we need a round of BFP'S!

Thanks Kyla however I woke up this morning expecting a solid smiley but instead it was only flashing again. I took another wondfo tonight same time ish as last night and it's def not as dark. Pic attached. My temp also went from 36.2 to 36.4

I have read that surges can only last for a few hours, we bd'd late last night but jsut didn't have time this morning. Now I'm away until Wednesday. This month is so unlikely but who know. Had pains all yesterday evening and this morning, cervix still quite hard though and ewcm gone. I'm sure my cervix used to get squishy.

Do we think I actually ovulated or is it just another surge?

Linkerland yah cycle buddies. I wish I was having a day 21 test but I don't even see specialist first time post op until day 24.

It would be awesome if we both get sticky bfps this month. But I'm pretty sure I'm out. Going to keep testing until day 18/19 see if I surge again.

CD 2 today I did test in 13dpo and obv.BFN :/ I didn't really expect to get a BFP cuz me and DF were really stressed out and arguing a lots when
O came around. We have to move out of our apartment because there going to renovate the whole building. we live with this family and I would really like to be living on our own together instead of as a family . It's time for us to grow up, lol even though where both in our mid twentys. Sorry felt like venting. I guess I read to much into my symptoms because I never felt AF symptoms before cramps, nauseous and an emotional reck I felt like crying for any little thing but I guess it's allso all the stress with apartment hunting , work and school just started so it was a lot to take in this month. But on the plus side looking forward to this cycle. Good luck ladies

Its have been a while i wrote something but now i dont have time... i m focusing on work and losing weight... as i think OD wont help me so i m prepering for next step which is IVF... and i need BMI less than 30... so i m working on to get down to 22-23... i lost 3-4kg so far and i thknk i m in good path...

Dont lose hope girl. I believe linderland also Ovd late after her Operation, so there still time. My first cycle was 24 days post surgery, and my 2 cycle was 29 days. so our bodies are just trying to regulate itself. DOnt worry it will happen and think positive. I believe linderland OVd in her CD 20's.

Ok so on day 5 now of flashy smileys on clear blue. After my one previously shown pos wondfo they have all shown negative. Temp rose on Saturday which was day after pos wondfo, dropped Sunday then shot up today. Cm has changed last night fro ewcm to thick white.

What is going on with these flashy smiles. Flashy smileys indicate estrogen rise, but estrogen drops after ovulation.

The whole reaso. They started testing me after my cm was because I just got days on end of flashy smileys.

i had OD on 4th Aguest and had my bleeding 30 days later. currently im on cd6.bleeding has stopped but i never had bleeding like this before. because it was very heavy....fingers crossed its a good sign.
daisy i would trust on cm as sometimes these test specially digital ones may not work.for me creamy cm always indicate ovulation.what cd you are anh how long is your cycle?

Hi lilyesz,

In a nut shell.
My cycles pre od were always 31/32 days, with ov on day 17/18. I mc'd in dec 13 after this cycles stayed 31/32 but ov was erratic. Od on 24th July cd3' had a solid clear blue smiley in 3rd august ewcm for about 8 days AF started 30 days later.

Now on day 16. Had a very pos opk wondfo on Friday eve( see precious posted pic) before and after evening test with wondfo have been neg (pics also posted) but clearblue first morning test flashy face since Thursday.

Temp dip then rise, then dip and rise. Ewcm disappeared last night. Cervis stayed pretty hard throughout.

Specialist next Tuesday.

Hey flib! Cnr's right. I didn't get my positive opk after surgery till cd22 and cd23. Felt like I ovulated cd 24. And got af exactly 2 weeks after that. Didn't do blood test or ultrasounds so can't confirm if I for sure ovulated though. This cycle 2nd cycle post op I got my positive cd13. And think I might have ovulated cd14. But last time my boobs got sore immediately until 3 days into af. This time they are only kinda sore. Only 3 dpo so maybe they will get more sore. Always got a positive opk pre op even though I didn't ovulate. So super nervous my progesterone test might say I didn't. Guess I can only wait and see. I know the different waiting games we all have to play throughout our cycles are incredibly hard. Not really much cm still.

Daisy- sorry your still getting flashing smiling faces. That would drive me nuts I didn't get the kind that flashes. Hope the temp spike means you o'd. My Temps last month spiked when I thought I ovulated. This month it spiked the day before my positive opk. But not when I thought I ovulated. They have stayed high. But not as high as the first spike before the positive opk. So not sure what that all means.

Hi flibberty, I got my positive opk on cd21- cd22. What I did that helped me somewhat, was to do an opk everyday at the same time every evening. I knew ovulation would come because of those constant darkening lines. It put the stressing out for me at least.
