Shining Star - Sorry to hear you have PND hun, I had it after DS1 and if you ever fancy a chat drop me a PM I hope you are getting the support you need,
yes I do love my son dearly, I'm still in awe of it all, you would think it would wear off being number 3 but no, I cherish it all more cos I know how fast it goes!

And yes its Hot Hot Hot!!! (and a bit hotter than that)

Update on Oscar - I ran my idea of 2 rice feeds with the HV and she said go for it, she also said that I can feed him whatever he wants as long as i stick with the rice ONLY and dont move onto anythng else which i'm happy about, I'm glad she has treated him as an individual rather than a 'textbook' baby I asked about the milk thickeners - apparently there only good for babies with reflux, was worth a cheeky ask though!

Diets - I'm really struggling! I feel like the size of a house and its really getting me down, I think its because I'm soo content with my lot at the moment that i'm seriously lacking motivation, but i feel such a heffer when i look in the mirror! am thinking of trying weight watchers, ive never been to one before but i need help before it gets out of hand! anyone got any experience? thinking I might do the online one its £30 for 3 months which is ok as long as it works! xx

Just been reading through the posts, gosh we have some big babies, must be a boy thing ?!

SS Sorry to hear about your pnd have you been to docs ?

I am introducing formula next week, only the evening feed but I almost feel a little sad, don't know why !

Also for those using huggies whats the difference between the natural fit and superdry ? Ive only been using the natural fit so far.

Hi Girls! Sorry to hear about the girlies with PND I suppose I should thank myself lucky I dont have it!
Well its day one of cloth nappies! So far, so good. Little sod crapped in his first one, the designer Blueberry one at that! (pics in photo gallery in cloth bum babies if anyone wants to see)
leos doing great with his rice, and has dropped his 11 pm feed which is good news for mummy & daddy! No more having to wait up for Leo to feed now.
Im so glad this weather is subsiding, its not the same when you have a little one and cant sit out and sunbathe all day, or better still sit in the beer garden at the pub!
Well Im off to my mums wedding today then a 30th b day party tonight, aswell as washing all Leos nappies I have a full day

OMG You have made my day I have been sat here crying with laughter at the thought of you posting a picture of leos dirty nappy, although i have to say im not to sure if the picture is of just the nappy or the dirty one !!

I daren't look at photos as bit scared what I may find !!!!

speaking of poo, Alex hasnt had a dirty nappy for 4 days now, i have tried prune juice two days in a row that made no difference!!!

might try orange juice today!

we have some lactulose from dr but last time i used it i only gave him half of what they said and there was horrible diahorreah everywhere. and he looked like he had a bad stomach with it.

we doing baby massage to try and get things moving but nothing seems to be working.

he dosent seem overly bothered by it though

is there anything else i can do? he is having extra water too.
