I put Hannah in her white pumpkin shirt this morning and it is stained with yellow and orange from breakfast and lunch. At least it's festive?

I think it's from Wal Mart My friend's daughter wore it last year, I was looking for a cat costume and she said she had one, her girly is about 6 months older than Elyse and usually 1-2 sizes bigger so it worked out perfectly

Zoe is a cow, Isaiah is a dragon, and Anberlin is a kitten. Cupcakes were sold out, grrrr.

We are going out trick or treating very soon. Simon insisted on being a tiger and Tobe is a pumpkin. A small plump serious pumpkin that falls over a lot.

So the kids made out like bandits. More chocolate for me!! Yay!!

Zoe kept going into people's houses during the last half hour. She paid the longest visit into your dad's house, Kate, lol. So, you might hear about that from him soon.

Off to eat, I mean, sort candy!

Andrew is going trick-or-treating for the first time an hour or so. We're just doing one street with his little neighbor friend hopefully he won't get too scared. Shawn's shooting a funeral tonight (who has a funeral on Halloween night ) so I'm on my own with him.

Jasmine and Peyton scored tonnes of candy, it was great weather too!!!

Oh man, Claire made of like a bandit too. It was funny, anytime we'd get to a house where someone was dressed up she'd scream "Aaaaaagh!!!" but then they'd give her candy and she'd beam at them and say "Ok! Thank you! See you soon!!!"

Hannah got an obscene amount of candy She was very excited by the whole thing. We made it through our entire complex in the time it took us to make it through half last year!! Good thing though as I was getting tired and was ready to come in

Oh man Tiff that is priceless. Only one mask scared Hannah and it was another trick-or-treater. He was a nice kid though and took it off once he realized it was scaring her

It was the funniest thing I have ever seen, I am SO glad we got to go out as a family.

Glad everyone's kiddos (by kiddos do we mean us? Cuz I know I'm sitting here munching on some of Claire's treats ) made out well!

Stan immediately started stealing Hannah's candy and I was like "man at least wait until she's in bed" she was pretty good though and shared with us We let her have three pieces before bed and then she cleared out half a tub of vanilla yogurt (might have something to do with refusing most of her dinner )

that's great that you got to go out as a family

what's everyone doing with the harder candies? I don't think Hannah can chew things like tootsie rolls so we took them out immediately. And some of the harder stuff as well that was round because I'm worried about choking (my mom almost choked to death a few years back on a jaw breaker so that puts me on edge about anything round and hard)

I don't think Claire can navigate tootsie rolls either now that I think about it. She does well with suckers, but I'm worried as well about her chocking on anything that she just puts in her mouth.

yeah I'm cool with suckers, Hannah loves those things as Sara knows but most of the ones this year had gum or tootsie rolls in them so we got rid of those to

I will just eat the innappropriate candy... it is all sorted and put away anyways... ie: HIDDEN hahhahahaa

Jasmine had alot of candy today and had a hard time going to bed I am kinda glad Im working tomorow so I wont have to deal with her hahahaa

Yeah we'll hide ours downstairs as well.

we had to throw out some stuff we had in our candy bucket from last year after we got home

Hopefully Jasmine's mood won't be to bad tomorrow

she is going to be bagged.... she has been good about napping at the sitters when she needs it though.
