SO excited to order and receive my things from Lisa! The fabric looks just too cute!
Buying stuff for SIL's baby shower. It's still TBA but I know it's coming.


Oh my SIL had her baby yesterday. It's a boy.

The jealousy is still an issue - Hopefully I can handle the emotional evening of heading up to visit the newborn.

Congrats to your SIL. While I am not in your shoes, I do understand the jealousy. I had 'baby fever' for over a year before we started TTC and I envied everyone I knew who was pregnant or had a baby.
Hang in there, your time will come. I just know it!

Reba - i get it 100%. While i easily became pregnant when it was time... i spent 3 years begging my DH to have kids to be told over and over no. It was a long 3 years and my Best friend announced she was pregnant twice in those 3 years. I was obviously always happy for her, but my first and strongest gut reaction was jealousy. I never understood "biological clock" until i wanted a baby but was denied.

I survived! It wasn't until FIL made a comment about looking forward to 3 more grandchildren... after MIL said that SIL wasn't having anymore kids... that I had to leave the room to cry. Made it through the visit with the baby just fine.

There is something to be said about a newborn taking away all your worries. In that moment I was just fine. It wasn't until after that it all came flooding back.

Less than a week and we'll find out if we did this cycle!
If not (I can't remember if I posted this here or not) we have a fertility specialist appt Feb 20th so we'll be getting some help.
