Xenforo Cloud has scheduled an upgrade to XenForo version 2.2.16. This will take place on or shortly after the following date and time: Jul 05, 2024 at 05:00 PM (PT)
There shouldn't be any downtime, as it's just a maintenance release. More info here
Was there any doubt! I was home to watch it. Was so nice! DH and I just filled out Jack's registration papers for nursery. Going down tomorrow morning to register him
I cried tears of happiness when H went. JUST KIDDING! haha but I just had Elliot so it was a relief. I think I will skip at least the first year of preschool for Elliot. We do 2 years here since its all privatised. No junior kindergarten. I am hoping to go on a lot of outdoor adventures with him once H is full day next year.
The first few days are the hardest, when it's so quiet and you search your house to find out what the quiet kids are getting into...only to remember they're not there.
A's got a year and a half left at home before she heads off to JK. Zoe will be Grade 2 next year, Isaiah Grade 1. Goes by so fast. But it is nice to have the one-on-one time with A now that the other two are gone all day. I had to go back to placement when she was 8 weeks old, so it's nice to be able to make up for the time lost in the first year by it just being me and her.
I cannot believe Alia is old enough for school right away. But then again, I cannot believe Elliot can go to preschool here in September either. Alia will love school so much. She reminds me of Helena and I think school was a great thing for Helena.
What's everyone up to today? I think I have my mom and nephew (my mom adopted my one nephew) and my little sister who is 7 might stop by, and then I am babysitting my other nephew at 2.
Our day is nearly over now. We had swimming lessons this afternoon and I went to the nursery school this morning and registered Jack for school in the fall.
I've been building a soffit and hanging drywall So sore. And we went to playgroup this morning....was really nice there was a literacy specialist there and she was so impressed with Joni! Just little things like talking in sentences and using pronouns correctly. I was proud
We are home now. They let us bring Remy home yesterday. She initially wanted us to spend another night because the notes said he needed oxygen during the night but he didn't. The sensor on his foot was going wonky when the one nurse changed it over to his other foot.
It is good to be home! Remy is still congested but he's doing well.
We are keeping Amira home from school to make sure she doesn't bring anything new back when he's still getting better.
