No, I'm going to return it in store as the man I spoke to said it was far quicker. He said if I just sent it back then it will sit at the depo for a few days before it is sent back to the supplier for a refund. But if I take it back to the shop they will refund it there and then.

Complete balls up but it's delt with now, lesson learned!

is it still £20 in store? if it is id try the old trick of pretending you have lost your receipt! you may only get store credit tho so maybe only good if you were going to get something else whilst you were there. now that would be the xmas bargain of the day lol!

You were lucky, i went to my local sainsburys about 2 hours after it opened and the shelves were practically bare, people were standing around with full trollies grabbing stuff as soon as it was put out by the staff. It was manic, far too hard to shop with a 14m in tow so I made a hasty retreat with my one find - a pack of moshi monster figures for £2.50!!!!!
