Anybody had problems with Snapfish delivery? Ordered stuff nearly 2 weeks ago and it hasn't arrived. Email said it was dispatched a week ago but no sign of it

I ordered 5 mugs from snappish 4 came fine 1 was the wrong one so i rang them and they sent the correct one with no problem. They were very good on the phone though but even if they send your item again it won't get here before christmas now.

I ordered a mug from there in that special deal and they sent a dispatched email and I got it about 3 days later, maybe email them or do they have a place on their site where you can track where your item is at the moment? Thats worked for me in the past xx

I shopped with them a few years ago and had no probs. I have ordered the book last night, the order status is currently as being picked so I hope it will be despatched soon. It is a bargain
