We got this in early 2010 for our daughter for xmas and it was half price at £24.99, and have seen it reduced ever since, so by the time you want it it'll likely still be half price iykwim? x

We got one from Asda last year, but it was slightly different I think (it's at their Great Nan's I can't remember) and it was the same size (roughly) as the houses from Argos which I believe are only slightly smaller than the Rosebud House from ELC
