Hey ladies

Thought I'd join you.. I'm on my 4th cycle of TTC no.2. Fell pregnant on my first cycle with my baby boy not having as much luck this time..

I've been using the CB digi and have been getting solid smileys around CD 6! I think this is so early...! After one of my friends agreed I carried on testing last month and got another solid smiley about a week later?! I sometimes never got a high and went from low to peak.

This month I've been using a CBFM and am on my 5th 'high' fertility day which is confusing me even more!

I think we've all had issues with CB. Have you tried dip tests to? Or been to docs?

No not seen the dr yet. I have a specialist appointment at the end of the month as I get real bad pressure in my bum every month at the start of my period. The dr thinks it's muscle contractions but I wanted to see a specialist to rule out endometriosis which she doesn't think it is. After this and if I don't fall pregnant this month I will make an appointment.

I tested this morning using both CBFM and a CB OPK. The FM showed my 8th high day but the OPK showed a solid empty circle indicating low fertility.? I'm so confused..?

What's dip tests. Are these the cheap ones that bring up the lines?

Hi Ladies! Sorry I've been MIA from this thread. I came down with the flu over the last week and have been really out of sorts. Unfortunately this happened righ around O time, so we didn't get a lot of bd in. Really just counting myself out now so I don't get my hopes up.

I've not had a lot of success with CB. It worked beautifully the first time, but after that it's not been reliable. I tried temping last month, but it was a litte too overwhelming for me, so I took a break this cycle. I've also not seen any ewcm since beginning to ttc. I worry that I might not be O'ing or that my Lp is too short, but I'm trying to relax a little bit. If no BFP for me, then it's on to cycle 6. . .

Hey Amielh,

The dip tests are the cheap ones I bought wondfos. I've been ttc since August 13, started using CB in Oct had a normal blood test in October fell pg in November. Lost it in December early miscarriage.

Kept on the CB, some month the usual solid face others just flashy, blood tests in March showed no ov, scan showed pcos, kept using CB. If I got a solid face it would always be day 17 and cycles 31/32 days without fail.

Then ovarian drilling in July.

Used CB after solid face day 14 no AF until day 34. This month, used dips got a positive opk on day 14, coincided with temp rise and ewcm, however CB kept flashing until day 17. So I have no idea which is right.

Having said that the month I got pg I didn't have ewcm at all.

I'd say try both wondfos and CB, wondfos are cheap as chips.

I took a pg test today = negative but I don't know if AF is due Sunday or next Friday.

I've got the docs on Thursday going to say I want bloods done and if I'm still no oving a second opinion to the specilaist

I have no idea.. My periods are regular. My cycles vary from 24-26 days which I think is normal? Tested again this morning and had the same low on the OPK and a high on the monitor. Was thinking of deleting my cycle on the monitor and starting again next month as it's still asking me to test..

My periods were regular Hun, and I got pg on my 3rd cycle. but still have pcos. Go get checked.

My temp dropped yesterday and AF started today.

Good note 28 day cycle which means the wondfo opk on day 14 was right and CB opk was wrong. Also shorter cycle than my usual 31/32 so maybe surgery did something.

Bad notes no pg this month.

I have a BBT coming in the post so hoping I can get some sense out of that! I thinkkkkkkk my opks are gradually getting lighter after 70 days of really strong lines, and thinkkkk (fingers crossed) im having a light AF at the mo, after a 73 day cycle.
Fingers crossed its AF and not just spotting but seems a bit heavier than my sporting has been so I'm counting it as a light AF on my apps!

Xoulabellex 70plus day cycle goodness!! Let us know how the ultrasound goes. I've ordered some vitex to add to the bits this month, docs on Thursday and I'm thinking of trying acupunture.

If 21day test shows I'm still not oving after surgery I will ask for an immediate re referral. I'm hoping I am and thus will be month 13 of Tcc and month 3 from surgery so let's hope it's lucky!

Oooh I've been taken Angus castus (also known as vitex) for about two weeks now, and this is *hopefully* cd3 (I think this is AF, just very light) so I'm already praising it!!

Good luck thurs! Ooh what does acupuncture do?!

Daisy, I've heard that acupunture is good as well. I have a friend who did it before her BFP and raves about it. I don't know what it actually does or is suppose to do though.

AF is due for me on the first, so the countdown is on. . .

Do you take the vitex all cycle or just pre ov? I'm willing to try anything tbh.

The acupunture is supposed to encourage ovulation. I've had it for back issues so let's see what they say.

Been taking vitex for couple weeks but will take up until bfp I think. I'm on like CD7 (praying the past 7 days bleeding has been AF anyway, just a light one)

Alright ladies - I need some opinions. As long as I have been tracking my cycles (about a year now), I've had 28 day cycles. At the most, 29 days. About a week before AF I get sore bbs and 3-4 days before I have light brown spotting.
I'm on cycle day 29 right now and have none of my usual pms symptoms. I took a cheapie test on Friday (CD 27) and it was negative. But I took in in the afternoon with only a two hour hold.

I didn't temp this month. I only used OPK's. It was a CB. It gave me a solid smiley, but really don't think they are reliable. So I think I O'd around CD 14-15. We did bd around that time, but then I came down with the flu for about a week. I'm wondering if the flu could make my cycle wonky? Or is it possible that a BFP is on the way?

What do you think?

Just wanted to post an update. I'm pretty sure AF is on her way. Just had some light brown discharge and feel crampy and bloated. I feel pretty silly for getting my hopes up. Oh well, on to the next cycle.

31 day cycle for me. That's the longest it's been since I've started keeping track.

How was the ultrasound.


I've got my day 21 blood test on Friday next week, I'll be pleased to know if the ops worked. My GP seemed a little miffed the gyno had discharged me without clomid too.

So True to form since the op, my cycle is still crazy. To recap last month I got the high (flashy face) on CB ov test days 12-16 with a soild face on 17. The wondfo dip test and temp increase however happened on the eve of day 13.

Well this month it's the opposite:

My temps sat around 35.9-36.1 from AF
CD 9 massive temp drop to 35.6
CD 11 CB = low (FMU) temp rising
CD 12 - CB = peak (solid face) (FMU) wondfo = neg (eu)
CD 14 today - CB stays solid for 48hrs wondfo (FMU) = neg wondfo (eu) = neg

What do you think? My temp is now back to 36.1 no EWCM yet bar one massive limp of jelly on cd 11

I know week after next I'll know as bloods will confirm, but thoughts please. I'm sbout ready to go back on the pill.
