My baby Penelope was born via C-Section on December 5th. She weighed 6 lbs 15 oz & was 18 inches long. :)

Congratulations to those who have also had their babies, and good luck to those who are still awaiting their babies arrival. After two back to back 2nd trimester losses, we decided to get my tubes tied during the C-Section. We are so very happy for our happy and healthy daughter. She is so much fun to love and snuggle with. We are so happy we finally got our baby!

That's wonderful, SLC! She's beautiful and I love her name!

39 week appointment yesterday... My Dr. stretched me to 3cm dilated and said that I am completely effaced. If nothing happens naturally between now and Monday I am scheduled for induction with my Dr. at 6am on Monday, December 30th... Don't know how I should be feeling about a possible induction... What is the process like? Should I be worried?

Ooh how exciting, you'll probably pop on your own if your 3 already but if not well induction isn't so bad, I was induced on my due date if 4th dec the worst bit was having to stay is hospital for 2 days before anything happened, my waters broke fri morning and I was having mild contractions I went to delivery in the afternoon and it all went super fast from there.
I know there are some horror stories about induction but mine was great and you have the added bonus of being in hospital and knowing (pretty much) when it's going to happen.

Good luck to you and your Xmas baby!!

He's here!

Silas Benjamin was born on December 21st at 5:54 am. He weighed 8 pounds 7 ounces and was 20.5 inches long. I lost my plug at 6pm on the 19th, my water broke on its own in bed at 1:30 am on the 20th and after 29 hours of back labor [22 of those hours were unmedicated. I took the epidural because i was running on 2 hours of sleep] he was born after just under 90 minutes of.pushing. I had one small tear.

The contractions were actually not bad. But the back labor that i had was not fun. They started only 30 minutes after my water broke and were only 5 minutes apart from the beginning. I labored at home for 11 hours before going in. My contractions became really irregular after i got there but my water had already broken so i was there to stay. I got the epidural and was able to sleep for a few hours but was woken up by him coming into the birth canal. I went from almost pain free to writhing in pain and sobbing in minutes. Contractions were 1 minute apart and i felt every second. I had to deal with it because i was only at an 8 but my body started pushing on its own and got me to a 10 in 20 minutes. Pushing was exhausting. I was falling asleep between contractions! My body took over and was still pushing on its own. Crowning wasnt what hurt the most. It was when i got his whole head out and was left with just his body. Longest 60 seconds of my life. We did delayed clamping and then daddy got to cut the cord. He gave one big cry and latched on my breast like a pro. Oh, he was also trying to help push himself out. I could feel him moving and pushing off my ribs while i pushed.

He is absolutely perfect. He nurses great and is very alert. My milk came in on day 4. He is a total mommas boy! I didnt plan to, but we are co-sleeping. We all sleep much better with it. He is such a sweet boy and we are so happy [and slightly freaked out] to finally have him here in our arms.

Was scheduled to be induced 12/30 and low and behold the little guy decided to come on his own. Contractions began 12/29 as we laid in bed anticipating the coming morning. Arrived at the hospital at 6:30am and Logan Charles Petrucci was in our arms at 9am and weighed in at a whopping 7lbs 1oz. Want to give my doctor Karenna Dickerson and Midwest Centers for Women's Healthcare in Park Ridge, IL a huge shout out!!

It says all of my pictures are to large so I can't add one of the little man...:shrug::shrug::growlmad:

I went to the ER in July of 2014 after we thought I was had a Pulmonary Embolism and other reactions to a birth control pill. I was on a pill that worked great for me and I loved it then stopped it when my husband and I wanted to get pregnant. I ended up needing some assistance and finally got pregnant after 3 rounds of Clomid. After I gave birth to my son I went back on a pill (not the same one I had been on as the company stopped making it) and had a horrible reaction to it and was given a different one which I was on for a few months until the same thing happened, which is when I went to the ER. While in the ER they did a CT scan to check my lungs for pulmonary embolism, which was clear, but they found a spot on my liver. From there I went to a Gastroenterologist who ordered an MRI, which came back saying that I had a 2.5cm adenoma on my right liver lobe posteriorly. I was instructed by my gynocologist, ER doctor, and gastroenterologist to stop taking the pill and haven't been on it since.

Fast forward to October when I had a 2nd MRI which came back saying that there was no change what so ever so my gastroenterologist ordered a biopsy that was supposed to be November 10th but after being sedated the doctor looked at the CT scan pictures and said that he couldn't see it and wouldn't be doing the procedure.

I have an appointment with a specialist but not until January 26th. My husband and I want to have another child and I am sick and tired of all of this and all of this waiting. I don't feel like I should be waiting.

I am extremely aggravated and angry as to why this all can't be figured out! Why couldn't they see it for the biopsy?

Is it possible that it is gone even though it was still there for both MRI's
which were 3 months apart and then now possibly gone after not even 2 weeks for the CT Scan for the Biopsy?

Is anyone in a similar situation? What did doctors tell you? Is it safe for hubby and I to get pregnant, we don't like using condoms at all and why should we have to when we are happily married and want another baby...? Anyone been pregnant or are you currently pregnant with a liver adenoma? Will I be able to use Clomid again with an adenoma?
