**December SnowFlakes Testing Group**(praying for Christmas BFPs)

I’m the complete opposite. I really wanted a autumn due date because 4 of mine are summer.
Well August , June and 2 September babies although my youngest was 5th September so was still hot and had a heat wave when I was In hospital and after I came home with him. (Was awful)
My 3 year old was September 23rd and that was perfect as it wasn’t too hot and it wasn’t freezing cold.
I don’t enjoy having a summer baby. It’s just too hot and you can’t snuggle them like you can when it’s colder. It’s hard having a newborn when it’s roasting as there is no way of keeping them cool and we all know babies are not aloud to over heat so it’s such a worry having a baby say June or July and having to try and keep them cool when it’s 30+c outside and no air con In our homes.
If I fall this cycle I’d be due September but have babe in August. August is not so bad as it’s the end of the summer. But In a ideal world I’d love to fall next cycle and have a October due date. But if I do fall this cycle I’d still be over the moon.
it reached 42c here in July so I was really wanting to avoid a July birth but we still tried. But I am happy I’ve now gone past that.

I am not concerned about babies in the summer (my first was a summer baby in Australia which was significantly hotter than our summers here, and we didn't have air con either. Where I live our summers are nothing) but being heavily pregnant in the summer definitely sucks.
But I have all the other seasons represented, and I used to have all of them represented so it would be nice to have that back. And my parents only come for a visit from July to September every year (they also live in Australia) so it would be nice for them to still be here. They would have been coming to meet a 2-3 month old baby so it would be nice if they can at least meet a baby while theyre here.

But what will happen will happen.

@Suggerhoney thanks for sticking around to see my tests! I feel loved lol. Xxx
I think I'm probably out. Had brown on wiping so pretty sure af will be here tomorrow. Sigh. I'm really cross with my body this cycle I was so so convinced something was going on.. I'm gonna be really sad when af turns up.
My main reason for wanting a winter baby is the way our school year works, so my August lil girl is one of the youngest in her year, and if they are born in sept/Oct time you basically get a whole extra year at home with them before they go off to school!! I wanted that time to last forever x

Oh gosh yes. The being heavily pregnant in the hot summer is no fun is it love. I can’t bear the heat even when I’m not pregnant but being pregnant your Warmer in general so you just fry.
where abouts are you now love?

Where are all you ladies from I love to hear all the different places.
So I’m from a town in the UK in England called Wiltshire, it’s down the south west and we all sound like farmers or pirates lol.

@Suggerhoney My little one’s birthday is also 23rd September - great date! \\:D/

Oh wow that’s so cool. I really enjoyed having him then because it was not hot anymore and getting colder and I could swaddle him and snuggle him it was lovely. But my youngest was September 5th and it was so hot I couldn’t swaddle him or snuggle him much because he got to hot.
When I had my eldest who is 19, I had her on 19th August and it was so hot that year that I couldn’t even put her in a baby grow/onesie, she lived in just a nappy or a nappy and a vest for the first 5 or 6 weeks of her life.
End of September is a lovely time to have a baby.
He was actually due on October 14th but I had him at 37 weeks so that was 23rd September.
If I fall pregnant again I’ll be induced at 37 weeks again so even if I get a mid October due date, I would have baby end of September..
I would actually love to give birth early October that would be nice.

Ah nooo I hope that isn’t AF love. I had such high hopes for you with your symptoms. Did you test today at all love?

Opinions on these tests? I am 10 or 11 dpo. Period is due in 3-4 days. I could see a faint line on the easy@home within 5 minutes.
Unfortunately, I forgot about the cassette test for about 15 minutes. It doesn't look any different dried than when I first saw it.

Top 2 tests--FMU
Middle 2 tests--late night 10 pm 4 hour hold
Cassette test --evening 2 hour hold
I feel stupidly hopeful. That feels like a dangerous thing.

I'm in BC Canada - there's a meme that says "I want to live in the mountains by the ocean in a city in the countryside" or something like that - well that's basically where I live. Well not exactly cause it's not a city. To get to the cities is basically a full day travel because of the ferries (when we go we leave at 5am and don't get home before 9pm - midnight if we miss the one we usually get, and once we had to spend the night sleeping in our car cause we missed the last boat by 10 mins )

Forgot to post the image. View attachment 1113361

I see a line on the second easy@home and the cassette, but not the others (but my phone screen is bad resolution too)

Josephine sorry you're not feeling hopeful :(

No AF yet for me and I made it through 12dpo in its entirety. Would have expected a sign of her by now. But I'm sure I'll see her in the morning.

@littlewitch oooh exciting I love seeing them darken up subtly. Can’t wait for next ones.
@josephine3 all of your tests have been catching my eye and sounds like you’re super hydrated today so fxd for tomorrow xxx

Still no AF this morning, but my temp is way down.

AF is here now, as expected. So onto the January thread.
