kcoennen- Did you have morning sickness in first tri? did you try the baking soda test? hmm what other old wives tales can I ask you to confirm?

Yes I had morning sickness, and still have it!! I was put on Zofran to help it out, which now I can't even tell I have it unless I forget to take a pill at night. The Chinese Gender Chart said I was going to have a girl, so it turned out right. I didn't know how it would work with twins, or if it would even work at all. But it was right! The heartbeats were always above 140, and they said above 140 it's a girl, below a boy. Last week they were 145, this week they were 156 and 140. Not too sure if that really works or not... but fun to think about!

They are fraternal, both measuring ahead 3 days and 5 days, and are in the 80th percentile

Congrats on the boys arj! and you knew that's so amazing!

I had my scan today took ages, like well over an hour almost an hour and a half.
We got to see our girls face for the first time and she was so beautiful with little chubby cheeks! Our boy has settled head down in my pelvis, the girl is in a very strange position. The specialist commented on the oddness of it and even he could not quite work out how she was like that. Shes not quite head down, facing outwards but arched sideways like a rainbow up and over her brother kinda. It didn't look very comfortable.

Anyways estimated weights today were 4.9 pounds for the boy and 5.4 pounds for the girl!! Huge babies!!

Wow they are huge for your gestation! Well done, they'll be healthy ones at birth! Mine were head down then curled around too, do they think yours will change? Are you going for natural birth if twin A is head 1st?

Yeah Twin A is already in my pelvis and doesn't look like he will change, hes been this way for ages and is quite low. I would be surprised if he changed, the girl though they didn't say much really just commented on how strange it was and didn't mention anything about her changing or staying that way. I guess I will find out when I go back in two weeks to see my dr.
Thanks I am really pleased with the weights and once I reach 34 - 35 weeks I'll be even happier!

Hi ladies! Just checking in. We have another ultrasound on Friday and I am so excited to see the babies! I will be about 11 1/2 weeks along.

Has anyone started doing research on double-strollers? Can anyone recommend a brand to start looking at?

lorileigh, we've got an u/s on Wednesday.. It's our official gender scan so hopefully we'll be able to find out what baby B is..

We've done some research on strollers and narrowed it down to two.

This one you can replace the toddler seats with an infant insert and put the infant car seat in it's place until they're old enough for the toddler seat.

And then this one & this infant seat just fits right over top of the toddler seat.
