February 2019 Testing Thread <3 Come on BFP’s!!

Hi, AF is due tomorrow. I want to test on the 10th when AF is due to end...that is if AF doesnt show...Fingers crossed

So now that af has started, I can schedule my HSG. However, when I called to do so today, they informed me that the Doc will be on vacation during my window to do the procedure, so I would need to wait until my next cycle, thus pushing my IUI back a cycle. I'm thinking, I'll just have my doc refer me to a different doctor. Don't they know that waiting (even 1 mos) feels like an eternity for someone ttc? They have no urgency at all with the process, and it just frustrates me. Sorry to vent, but I'm just feeling so defeated today, thanks for reading!

Totally understandable to be upset. I would definitely see if they can have somebody else in your doctor's practice do the procedure. You shouldn't have to wait because the doctor wants to go on vacation. Your cycle should be a consistent cycle and they should respect that. I am sorry that they're putting you through the stress! Hang in there girl! Definitely ask about your options!!

I also think it's absolutely understandable to be upset about that. You have been trying for so long and another month is just another delay in an already very long wait. Is she the only doctor in your clinic? Couldn't she refer you to someone she works with? That's what my doc does on weekends, for example. I hope you find a solution and send you a hug and support.

Thanks Nima, this is the RE that my Obgyn referred me to, I'm sure she has others in her Rolodex that I can go to. Still waiting to talk to her because I believe she'll need to transfer my referral, or however that works with these HMOs. But we'll see, thanks for letting me vent.

Been checking cervical mucus for the past week since the big O. It has been very creamy white for about three days, and just noticed it's starting to get some stretchiness to it. (Sorry TMI) These are the little things that I cannot remember from previous pregnancies what it was like in the early stages. Any of you confirmed BFPs have this? I don't know why I am being so obsessed with symptom checking this time, but I feel like I am going crazy over it.

I don't normally check my CM but I have realized ever since my first faint positive at 8dpo I've had loads of CM. It's to the point that I get nervous a couple of times a day because it feels like I started bleeding. Good luck!

So I may not be out after all. I've been on progesterone for the second half of this cycle (to regulate my cycles), and normally I get sore bbs and maybe some cramping while I'm on it. I stopped taking it after Saturday, so by now, I should not be having side effects. Sore bbs came back yesterday (I didn't really realize the reason my bra was hurting yesterday was because my bbs were sore until this morning...they are raging in pain today) and got some weird cramps/ twinges that I only get when I'm pregnant that started last night and kept up this morning.

Test today was ambiguous...maybe super super super faint. Decided to take progesterone again this morning because of it.

Congrats to all the s!!!! It is such a wonderful thing to be pregnant. I hope I'll miraculously get to join you all in the 1st tri thread.

Well AF showed for me today... Right on time! Feeling disappointed but trying to be positive and put my thoughts into next cycle. This month planning on bd more often (I was sick half of January) and eating more nutritious foods. Hopefully next month will be the month!!! Good luck to those still waiting

First post on this forum after creeping for a little while! Been off the contraceptive pill for over a year now...really got my fingers crossed as AF due to arrive tomorrow.

Feels like everyone around me is conceiving just like that with no struggles at all...some by accident. It's so frustrating!

Yes! The cervical mucus becomes very snot like during pregnancy, clear, but snotty. How many kiddos do you have? I hope your headaches subside soon! You know, the craziest part of this is the fact that some of us have been through it before, but it is like we forget the very early stages of it. We are trying for baby #3 to complete our family. Had a lot of trouble conceiving the first, and seems we are having the same/similar issues. I had half of my thyroid removed last year due to a golf ball size nodule and hyperthyroidism. We think that may have thrown my hormones out of wack. But maybe not, maybe it is just my odd body that doesn't like to have regular cycles. lol

Just found out my best mate is 12 weeks gone!! It's been our dream to be preggers together so really hope it happens this month. Just grilled her on her earliest pregnancy signs. She said she didn't really take any notice because she didn't expect it to happen first time but thinking back on it the big one was lower back pain and slight cramps a few days after conception. I hate symptom spotting but can't help it! I've notice those same things and also today notice my CM is thicker than usual. I'm roughly 6 dpo (based on instinct, didn't use opk). Trying not to get my hopes up. Anyone else finding this wait a drag? I'm pulling my hair out!

My first symptoms really started a few days ago I didn't really have anything b4 that.
So yes lower back ache
Very sore tender boobs both are tender but the right one and nipple is so sore also blue vains and my nipples have gone dark
Feeling sick. But it's like a queezy feeling that comes and goes all day. Goes away when I eat then comes back
Stuffy nose
Raised BB temp
Sharp pains low down in womb area they were quite bad a few days ago and they came and went it wasn't constant. I haven't felt them today or yesterday but I'm 12DPO or 13DPO now
CM I noticed a big increase about week ago it's like snot (TMI) and is yellowy in colour but b4 that was getting white stuff.
Headaches
Tiredness
Heightened sence of smell. I noticed this around 6DPO.
Implantation cramps at 7 8 and 9 DPO. Started like very very mild AF cramps then a become much more sharper.

Oh if ure cervix checking don't worry if it's low and firm because mine is still low and firm and clossed.

I really thought I was out so was very shocked when I got my BFP.

I can totaly see that. Looks BFP to me. I only got faint lines on a CB early detection at 9DP0
And on a cheepy it was just a shadow.
Try FRER I got a quite a strong line with FRER at 10DPO

Nope never had this short. I’m normally 11 days so still short but longer than 9. Yes I’ll be trying again but I ovulate late so I won’t be testing until March!

Is it heavy hun or just light? Hope it's not AF and implantation

No way shud ure doctor make u wait just because they want to go on vacation. That's not fair. I had ask if another doctor can do it. They shudnt make u wait. So sorry you are going through this
