Great pics! Congrats!Had my echo! 21+2.
Baby was doing super great and then... messed around so it took them 35mins to get a look at his heart and hands hahaha. He was kicking the whoooole time! Another energizer bunny like his brothers! My placenta is good now, so it was reabsorbed and all is all. My cervix measured long (so far I was 100% effaced at 30 weeks for both pregnancies) prolly will be that again, but at least at 21 weeks all is well. So. Shouldnt be in a risk zone for premature labor despite my tendency to go at 37 weeks
As you can see on the 4th picture, def a boy haha as the dna had said. Healthy baby!

Thanks for the reassurances! I had a fetal Doppler and fluid volume scan on Wednesday followed by a ctg and they are happy so far. I’m back on Wednesday for a repeat growth scan. Depending what happens on Wednesday, they’ll make a plan.
I am shielding as of Monday. Had to fight work pretty hard to get them to agree! According to their risk assessment pregnant women are no more at risk from becoming ill from covid 19 I quoted rcog advice to the contrary and they soon changed their stance.
Had my follow up growth scan today - he’s grown 13oz so now up to 2lbs13. 30 weeks exactly which puts him just below the 10th centile. Really good news!
Everything is looking great and his CTG’s have been excellent so they are scaling stuff back a little - I will just need a growth scan every two weeks and they aren’t doing the CTGs unless there is a reason to do them.
The sonographer commented on how much he looks like his daddy based on his profile. We also saw him sucking his toes’
The 9th centile is based on a personalised growth chart based on my height and weight - I’m only 5ft2 so he’s probably going to be pretty small, but as long as he is just genetically small (as they suspect the case to be) they aren’t worried.Thats great news @loeylo !!
That is slightly above what DS1 was, and he was almost 6lbs at 37 weeks!
Merry christmas and happy holidays ladies!
I had an OH moment this week, realizing I am a few days short of 27weeks with a history of going at 37 weeks.
I need to hustle and get this babys room ready! Our fourth bedroom upstairs has been my work from home office... now its half an office half a baby room. Gotta get hubby to move the rest to the bedroom in the basement and finish it up! Electrician has to come and add a few wall plugs (the bedroom set up I like doesn't match where the plugs are haha), and I also want a better heating system in there... probably a new ceiling light fixture.... plus the painting!
Its hustle time!

Ugh we also have a lot to do to get ready for baby! We have a three bed (bedrooms are decent sized too because it’s an older house!) but have decided that we will have the kids share a room for sleep and then share a playroom.
Both rooms were freshly decorated with new herringbone floors and white paint, but dd is getting a new bed and we need to put the baby furniture back in, and baby proof it by sectioning off areas for each of them (so I don’t need to worry about ds putting dds toys in his mouth etc)
Before ds is born we need to rearrange the living room and change some furniture to make room for a change station. We also need to change the hallway so we can get a pram past. And our bedroom needs plastered, painted, new flooring installed and new fitted wardrobes. And we need to break the old wardrobes down too!
So yeah, should probably get on some of that.
